Fantastic service from start to finish, good communication from V&B Bathrooms, and when the fitters Rimantas and Gytis arrived at the property they immediately set to work.

The work ethic the gentlemen had was absolutely fabulous and the quality of the attention to detail is there to see in every way. They worked solidly to achieve my new bathroom in a little over two days and I'm incredibly pleased with the result.

From my experience I would not hesitate in recommending this company to family and friends in the future.

Decided to have a complete bathroom fitted by these and I wasn't impressed at all when they finished. I have now got to replace a ceiling in downstairs hallway inc boarding and plastering, flooring upstairs(new laminate)due to door bar being fitted and broke my new flooring and downstairs light fitting as filled with leaking water and fell down, now it's not working fully. During fitting I had a blowout from my fuse box due to leaks, ceiling went through due to leaks and a new led light fell down due to leaks. After completion I had no hot water running and no shower working for a number of days. Also had water gushing from roof from overflow from cold water tank. Good job I knew where the tap was to turn it off. Not 100% sure the fitters knew what they were doing. I immediately rang up and I was told I'd gotta purchase a water booster at a cost of £200 due to it not working even though I've never had this problem. Another Guy came to sort and it worked fine after to be fair ( maybe just one of those things) but they never said any of this would be a problem before fitting. I showed him the damage caused by other fitter and he wasn't impressed at all. A week later I've now another leak from a airlock valve which yet again came through my ceiling. Due to being a weekend the place is closed so rang the fitter and was told he would get back to me but didn't and still waiting. If I'm being honest which I always am I did tell fitters about leaks while I was at home but language barrier wasn't the best as they were from Lithuania so it seemed really hard work for them to understand me and me them. Now I'm having to spend the same again to replace all damaged things or due to cost may even have to go through insurance or court to replace these costly items damaged through these cowboys. Please don't use them. Flooring in bathroom isn't fixed in place correctly and feels like I'm going to fall through, sealer is rough and leaks all over the place and dodgy wiring. Im now getting an experienced plumber to strip out and check everything as I feel uneasy about workmanship so im now been charged double what I intended. Customer service isn't great either. Thomas who tried to deal with issues the first time didn't want to listen and told me he would put the phone down on me if I didn't listen to him but after a week without a bathroom I'm pretty annoyed but still listened to him try to explain its our fault we have no water. Just to add, a week on, my flooring has now collapsed too plus being taken to court for this review, upon another phone call to rectify issues was told the warranty is void also due to review also. Just to let you all know we won in court but they are now in hiding, and changing buisness names constantly, but we will find them, I'm checking most gyms and a few know thomas. O ohhhw I'm coming

Would recommend V&B Bathrooms to everyone and anyone, what a great service from start to finish! We contacted them on Facebook when they advertised what we thought was an amazing offer and to be honest, thought it was too good to be true! Our salesman , Elvis came and measured up, gave us our selection of really high quality materials to choose from which was a really nice experience as he told us about himself and the company. Zilvinas and his trainee then came and started the work which they told us would take 3 days from ripping the old bathroom out to fitting the new one, which we thought would be a very tight deadline to meet. Not when you have 2 very hard workers who started their day laying down the floor protectors for the stairs carpet etc and then didn't stop and completed the job in good time! The work is fantastic and we can not fault it. Everyone was so polite and considerate even down to leaving the toilet till last to make sure we could still go lol. Grab yourself a bargain and don't pay over the odds as this is a proper quality deal by a proper quality people! Thank you V&B and staff from Kelley amd Simon in Loughborough

After a couple of communication mishaps, we had our bathroom fitted by Agris and his partner (sorry don't know his name). They arrived at 9:00am, ripped out the old bathroom, there was a problem with the old floor, which they rectified straight away and fitted our new one. They were very polite, hard working, tidy and finished it in one day. It looks amazing and we are very pleased with it. Thank you V & B Bathrooms

Your bathroom will look amazing until the problems start. We had a leak which came through the ceiling downstairs and ruined everything in there including sentimental things! We now have a ceiling thats coming down it has been like this for weeks but after many promises they still haven't been to put it right. Absolutely disgusting company!

Our bathroom refurb is now complete (1 April 2023) and I can honestly say, that we're absolutely delighted with it!!! I can't stop going in there and looking at it! 😍 The fitters were brilliant. They were friendly, very professional and such a pleasure to have working in our home! Only one small issue with the drawers not quite aligning properly, but our fitter has arranged to get them replaced which he'll come back to fit for us, but we can at least use them in the meantime. All the rubbish was taken away when they left too! I know there are a lot of bad reviews out there, but that wasn't our experience. LOVE LOVE LOVE our new bathroom!❤❤❤

Just had my bathroom remodelled by V & B Bathrooms.Carl and Aurelius, the fitters, have done a great job in just 4 days. They also removed all the rubbish from the previous bathroom. The cost was very competitive and I would recommend this Company.
