Would highly recommend Zen Kuchen. From the design stage with Helena to the Install with Steve, they have been a pleasure to work with. Helena put together many versions of kitchen design for us before settling on the final design. The installation of the project was seamless with Steve whilst having to work around our builders. We chose their British range over the more contemporary German style and Reece who fitted it was a genius in his flawless work.. Best decision we made and highly recommend.. We have nothing but praise for the team at Zen Kuchen, Richmond. We decided on them over alternatives because of the ideas and experience that Helena brought to our planning. What has been so impressive is the extent to which she and Steve understood the whole project, which included building work, and engaged with us and our contractors throughout to deliver a beautiful finished kitchen. They are perfectionists, and it shows. The showroom is open when it should be and the team is contactable and responsive at all times. Visiting Zen Stone, their in-house cutters, was a bonus and really made us feel that we had input whenever we wanted. Thank you, Joanne & Elliott.

Helena and her team (notably Steve who handles installation) have been excellent. Highly detailed oriented, good advice and very patient which I’m sure we tested (!)

Full kitchen refurbished in Richmond and very happy with the result. Exactly as planned and even better in person now that done. They also noticed and fixed a few minor issues eg paint on unit doors.

I cannot recommend the team at Zen in Richmond highly enough and would definitely use them again.

One tip - definitely go and see the worktop stone in person (the large slab) before you decide. The samples aren’t a good indication.

I am very happy with my new kitchen form Zen Kuchen. The team are friendly professional and responsive. Helena has been fabulous and very patient with me from my initial visit to the showroom right up to completion. She had great ideas that I hadn't considered and had a holistic view so that my new kitchen would fit in with the rest of the home. Steve is very approachable and responsive to emails and requests for advice. The installation was smooth and tidy. I would whole heartedly recommend the team!

It is my pleasure to write a review about my wonderful experience using Zen Kuchen to design and install my new kitchen. Helena the designer was amazing! From day 1 she was professional, knowledgable and her ideas and attention to detail was second to none. My kitchen was a challenge with no straight angles and limited space, but the end result was beyond my expectations. I got the kitchen of my dreams especially a beautiful island and it looked double the size with clever designing. The quality and finish of the cabinets are gorgeous with clever touches and space saving devices. Thank you Zen Kuchen - I cannot recommend Helena and her team highly enough!
