I have been sending barrels to St. Lucia for years, but this has by far been the best experience! The communication was absolutely fantastic—clear, professional, and timely. The team was not only professional but also friendly and polite throughout the process. I particularly appreciated the step-by-step updates and how invoices were conveniently sent via Email and WhatsApp. Barrel arrived earlier than expected.

Please DO NOT use this company. Trust me, they are NOT honest people. From the start, although verbal, to this day they have not provided an invoice or breakdown of the huge costs that they charged me to sea freight to Jamaica. I have never shipped goods abroad before and I think they picked up on that and exploited me. It's sad because Winston seemed so friendly at the beginning when delivering and collecting my barrels. However, the due date passed for the arrival of my goods. I had to keep chasing them. Even on the day of arrival , I waited and waited. Again had to keep calling them to enquire where my goods wwereBut that was minorconpared to the extortionate costs they told me customs was charging £3850.00. I was told if I did not pay now they would keep hold of my goods and probably steal it. So I paid. But I spoke to a lawyer who asked if I obtained an invoice and a receipt for my duty paid. I did not. When asking Zan Shipping Services for this, it turned nasty. I told them that I informed my lawyer . They finally produced an invoice totally made up of ridiculous charges to justify their fees such as over a thousand pounds to repack my barrels and boxes at Jamaica Customs. Upon asking for an invoice / breakdown I was told I agreed to the costs in the beginning . So to date they still have not provided an invoice. Every step of the way it was verbal or WhatsApp or emails. I never did receive a contract. I am so angry and disappointed that this unprofessional so called company is allowed to trade in this rip off manner. When confronted they call it "slandering.
We need to expose these people for who they really are. THIEVES

From the point of empty barrels being delivered to their door to door delivery from UK to Jamaica the service I received from Zan Shipping was professional, courteous, friendly and reliable. I have used other shipping services in the past and I have to say, I would rate Zan Shipping as the top and would not hesitate in recommending them to my friends, family or others.

Zan shipping company was awesome, they told me it would take three months for my items to be delivered but it was delivered in under two months. The customer service representative was reliable and courteous . I recommend this shipping company as all my items were delivered unscathed and straight to my house.

I was charged 610 pounds for 2 empty barrels,  load, sea freight 2 x packed barrels and  3 x packed boxes from the United kingdom to St Georges sea port only to Grenada. when i asked for a breakdown they refused to give me and said if they would return the goods from the pickup point i will have to pay 520 pounds for them to return it.
I wish i could give below 1 star. very wicked of them.
It was picked up on the 18th of August you didn't send me price until the 21st of August why did you take so long?
I called your company's phone and I asked for a breakdown of the which they refused initially and that was on the 21st of August.
I had to send a email several days later ,before the requested was granted . The driver also insulted my mum because she called him an elder man .
Why did it take you so long to give me the cost ? Aren't you suppose to have a breakdown of everything from the beginning? It feels you just randomly called a price in my honest opinion.
The basement you complained of I have been there before and it is very similar to the ones at the airport so I don't know why I was charged additional fee like it is written on your website that basement location are additional fees?
Point of correction the personal were loosely packed the bag cost torn.

'You chose not to follow complaint / grievance procedures, instead you opted for slandering' ( this is a quote from your reply) what of the call I made to your company and my mum also called you . Please did anything come out of it ? Instead we were told if we had to pay that day or else our load will be returned and we would have to pay 520 pounds . Is this your treat your older customers?
The resolution your company provided was insulting my mum. NB I have the messages which I can post as well since you feel it is okay to post the personal email privately sent to me .
Your company is highly unprofessional.
If you really value your customers you will never insults them.

My first consignment of a crate to Barbados, it went very smoothly with no damage to contents.
I have further items and probably a container to freight to Barbados and hope it follows in the same vain. As I have no current or previous problem with Zan Shipping Services, I'm quite happy to award 5 stars.
