We visited the team at York Bathrooms after we had to have our 2 en-suite bathrooms unexpectedly ripped out to undertake some structural repairs to our property.
From the initial discussions, measuring, and design through to project management, installation and aftercare, York Bathrooms absolutely exceeded our expectations. Mark and Rob were great to work with at the first phase and did a great job supervising the whole project. Matty was excellent throughout the design and purchasing process. He often came up with great ideas and worked hard to help us keep within our budget. Our fitters Alex and Maj were brilliant. They answered all our queries and dealt immediately with any snagging. They were professional and hard working from start to finish. Their work was of very high quality and they worked tirelessly to get everything finished just before the festive season. We would not hesitate to recommend York Bathrooms to anyone and will definitely be returning when we have our third bathroom renovated this year. Thanks again team.

We wanted to have our main en-suite bathroom redone, we’d been in our new build 8 years (so not so new :o)), it was quite close to Christmas 2024 and we were nervous as we have an autistic son, so the people who would do the install would need to be very conscious of this.

We asked Mark at York Bathrooms to come and have a look and give us a quote, we had a price barrier to work within. We visited the showroom and chose our preferred shower, tray, glass panels and tiling. Being fair I was expecting a higher price than we were given, the price was broken down well and it was easy to digest, as well as being in our monitory parameters, great start.

Next it was the installer, Mark recommended an installer called Dave, after discussions we agreed to proceed and work started within 2 weeks, on the day they said and on time. Dave was brilliant around the children, couldn’t have asked for a better chap and the finish at the end was better than we had expected.

I’ve no hesitation to fully recommend York bathrooms and when I have further work needed they will be top of my list

York Bathrooms have delighted us with the quality of the installations and amazing ongoing support.
We were looking for two new ensuite bathrooms, one relatively standard, one more premium in design and fitments.
York Bathrooms provided valuable guidance, created the designs and then managed the installation from start to finish.
Our house is far from straightforward being quite old (Victorian) increasing the challenge, but York Bathrooms were up to the challenge.
The post installation support has been excellent with very prompt response and visits when required.
I would highly recommend York Bathrooms, our new ensuite bathrooms are breath-taking. We will be using them again!

The team at York Bathrooms have recently completed extensive work on our property to redesign and create 3 stunning new bathrooms in our home and also our downstairs cloakroom. The whole experience of working with them from discussing initial ideas, to developing individual designs for each of the rooms and picking materials and fixtures through to installation and completion was first class and timely. When on site the bathroom fitters, electricians and decorator went above and beyond to ensure that we got the quality of finish we wanted and worked conscientiously to ensure at the end of each day the house was left tidy over an extended period as each room was tackled. York Bathrooms clearly take great pride in providing an A1 service to their customers and provide excellent and highly responsive customer support. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the York area seeking to transform their bathrooms. It was a pleasure to work with such a professional and friendly local company. York Bathrooms designed a bathroom and cloakroom that ticked every box on my (very long) list. The products that they supplied are high quality and look beautiful set against a simple backdrop. We found that previous changes in the house had left pipework and stopcocks above floor level in a bedroom, all hidden under fitted units. This has all been removed and simplified. I currently have some other work being done on the house, and all the visiting tradesmen comment on the quality of work in the bathrooms.

An amazing experience from the initial showroom visit to the planning design and actual installation. All the staff are amazing knowledgeable and so helpful. Matty helped us with planning and was so helpful and suggestive on what would be best for us - he was always right ! Nathan was amazing fitting the bathroom and Mark and Rob were always visiting to check we were happy and sorting any issues out which was a great peace of mind and so invaluable. The quality of their service is well worth it . We have one en-suite left and will definitely be using them again.
