I have recently placed quite a large order of plaster boards/building material. I was extremely impressed with the service they offered and the delivery driver Faz was really helpful and accommodating as he carried the material around the back for me as I’m am unable to do this myself he went the extra mile. Will definitely recommend them for there service and will be using them again.

Utterly pointless click and collect service this morning. Waited the prescribed 5 minutes in the parking bay to be instructed to go into the store to collect my items. More staff than customers so no real excuse and abject lack of interest when I spoke to guy on counter.

I've been a regular visitor over the last few months and I've had brilliant customer service every time. A big thanks to Amar who has gone over and above a couple of times trying to source items for me and also sorting out a refund on something I was over time with due to a delayed bathroom fitter! Great staff who always take the time to chat and help. Especially important for me as a woman with very little clue about DIY!

Lots of stock, decent prices, good customer service, lots of parking, good quality, what more can you want? Purchase all of my shelving here as I like the unfinished wood, not had a problem with any of it.

Fairly standard branch that is on the border of Balls in and Shipley.

I tend to only buy things from here when they do their bank holiday sales or when there's good cash back otherwise the goods here are really expensive compared to other companies like Screwfix.

Some of the staff here are really good and some of the staff here really haven't got a clue about the goods that are for sale it is a bit potluck who you get. Interestingly on this particular visit we were served by someone who seem to have forgotten how to smile.

So, lots of choice but pricey and a mediocre customer service experience.

Screwfix is 5 minutes down the road.
