Jon Wallis was our main point of contact, designer and product consultant. Jon was very helpful at every stage of the design, product selection and pricing, supply and installation. The customer service we received was excellent; our queries were answered quickly and requests always accommodated. Jon not only had access to the same quality products as well-known bathroom suppliers on the high street but could offer more competitive prices which was big bonus. We could not be more pleased with our new bathroom. Alex produced 2 different plans for our selection, both of which incorporated our requirements. There is a huge choice in bathroom products so we found the advice from Alex a great help. More recently Jon stepped in with the survey etc. and again we were given more help. From start to finish I was so impressed with WC One. The design options for the en-suite were varied and the recommendations for the bathroom really helped with the final design. It was great to deal with Jon as WC ONE; right from the start he addressed queries well. We used them specifically for some appliances which was also great value. In-house delivery team was also very helpful in bringing the items to where we needed them. Finally when we needed an accessory, honest advice about getting small bits from an online retailer quicker was awesome. Definitely a company I would recommend.

Quick update to say we had a small delivery issue caused by the manufacturer of a kitchen appliance) and they went out of their way to get us a a solution that meant we had it on time. As a dealer of such appliances, this makes a massive difference. We also valued their post-sale service, taking into account we didn't buy our kitchen from them, but they remained helpful throughout.
