Delighted with the service from Watertight ! We shopped around for quotes but everything from watertight was just right and the fitting from Ash went so well. He worked so hard and cleaned up everything at the end of the day and always checked with us on areas that needed it. Would definitely recommend!

Great company to deal with from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble from initial meetings with Tim and Paul to hard graft from fitters Ash and Max. We appreciated that they treated our home with respect and always left it clean and tidy. I was dreading the disruption especially with 3 indoor cats to consider but in truth it really wasn’t bad. I’d recommend them all in a heartbeat 😊

The company seems reputable and offers good quality service. However, they require a payment of 25% as a deposit and a further 60% before any work begins — essentially asking for 90% upfront. I asked a fair and honest question about what happens if something goes wrong after making such a significant payment. Unfortunately, the response I received was unexpectedly rude, as if I shouldn’t have dared to question the process.

I believe my concern was completely reasonable. When customers are asked to pay such a large sum in advance, it's only natural to seek some reassurance and transparency.

A marvellous and worthwhile experience from walking through the showroom door to having my first and subsequent showers. Tim's excellent design for an awkward space and the many consultations to incorporate our needs was superb. As were the many chats about real ale and allotments.

Ash, with help from Max, transformed that design into the wonder of my shower room. Ash's attention to detail and skill, together with his sunny personality, made the whole process smooth and with minimal disruption.

Thanks too to Paul and Molly for all their help and support. Well done Watertight, would highly recommend you to anyone.

Watertight Have been amazing from start to finish with the process of rebuilding our bathroom. We chose them in particular because we wanted to go with a company that sorted out a large part of the co-ordinating and project management. Having contact with the various designers, fitters, electricians and suppliers involved through the process, so we wouldn't have to source everyone and hope that they would work well through out- their known teams meant we could go along with their recommendations.

Tim was instrumental in helping us with our design and choices within the bathroom and was very helpful with suggestions and redesigns.
(The showroom is awesome and it's really worth having a visit.) It's really helpful to get some 3D renderings of the room and tile choices, as well as suggested boxing and niches. I'll admit it- I do love the suggested lighting choices and the LED mirror now that I've got them in! (The bathroom is set on the unlit north side of the house with only a small window, so lighting in the room and reflected lighting was important for us.)

Thanks Richard for demolishing the original bathroom and clearing the way for the amazing Ash who came for 2 weeks to fit the bathroom. Always professional and tidy, and doing absolutely incredible work turning our previous damp damaged room into a wonderful, SHINY new bathroom. The original room itself had a lot of issues- enough damp damage that plasterboard walls had to be taken out- and solid plywood floors so the piping had to be fitted around
certain unmovable aspects of the room but he sorted all of it out without fuss - including fitting full tile in a room that had a distinct floor and ceiling slant! He always worked with incredible attention to detail and we're super happy with how absolutely perfectly done things were, and the great suggestions he gave and checked up with during the construction.

We also had extras done including renewing a waste pipe and flipping the door - all within the abilities of Ash, who covered plumbing, tiling,
carpentry and all sorts in his abilities.

We recently had our bathrooms replaced by Watertight Bathrooms and we are delighted with the outcome. They made the whole process from start to finish incredibly straight forward.
Tim, in the showroom, helped us to design the layouts and choose the tiles and fitments. His product knowledge and design ideas were excellent, he seemed to grasp very quickly just what we wanted.
Tristian led the strip out and fitting team, he did so whilst showing exceptional attention to detail and respect for our home. The quality of the installation was excellent, and any minor issues were dealt with promptly and effectively.
We would not hesitate to recommend Watertight Bathrooms Yorkshire.

Tim and Paul are great during the design process and our fitter Ashley did a brilliant job fitting our bathrooms. His high level of experience and expertise shone through. His work was meticulous, he kept everything tidy along the way and left us with two gorgeous bathrooms and no mess.
