This was our first bathroom renovation and we had no idea where to start, especially since we opted to do the work ourselves. Andy and the team at Waterloo Bathrooms were perfect, I can’t fault their customer service at all! They were helpful, non-pushy and patient throughout the decision process. Nothing was too much hassle and they answered all questions, simple and difficult. We decided to purchase 90% of our bathroom from them & we’re so pleased! Everything is high quality, well priced and we’re overjoyed with our new bathroom. Thank you! We’ll be back for all future bathroom needs. A brilliant business!

After travelling the wirral looking at places to buy a bathroom suite from, and being told my budget is not big enough... we called in at Waterloo. Initially we thought it was to premium for the price I had in mind, however, what a company. These guys are brilliant. They went above and beyond to offer me a bathroom suite (fitting by myself) in my budget, giving me expert knowledge in all members of staff. The sale was detailed, smooth and the delivery was brilliant and perfect time. The glass cabinet was unfortunately out of stock so offered me a different one, they were happy to give me a refund. These guys are honestly great and recommend them. Thankyou to all who helped.

Stephen at Waterloo Bathrooms came up with a beautiful design and the fitter Lee, who was so professional and a joy to deal with, fitted the bathroom of our dreams. The shower cubicle we wanted was pulled from sale but Stephen came up with a better alternative which is stunning. Can't express how happy we are with the result. We would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

I bought a complete new bathroom from Waterloo in August/September 2023.
As this was a big project I was keen to "get it right". I visited other bathroom suppliers in my quest but after having visited the store I knew this was the one?! I went so many times, borrowing samples, asking advice and changing my mind etc before placing my order, but even then made a couple of additions! I am sure I drove the staff mad , but they could not have been more accommodating, polite and friendly throughout the whole process.
I can honestly say I LOVE my new bathroom. The furniture, tiles and fittings are 1st class and 5 months on I still can't believe the transformation! It is fabulous! Thank you Waterloo 👍

Waterloo Bathrooms were so helpful in helping us to purchase our bathroom from their extensive range, much of which is on display in their showroom. They also designed the layout with us. Stephen demonstrated impressive expertise and it was re-assuring to have his help and advice rather than us having to rely on picking out things ourselves on an internet site. Highly recommended!

Huge range of bathroom furniture, fittings and hardware, and not just the same old stuff you see in any DIY superstore. Some really stylish and attractive pieces, huge showers, designer furniture, hundreds of taps, and really knowledgeable staff - you describe it, they'll find it! However, the shop is cluttered and not accessible for those with limited mobility. And this is high-end stuff, not for people on a budget. Well worth a visit anyway, just to see what is available.
