Have used this business a few times now and unfortunately not happy with the way they operate now.

Charged me 40% more than retail value. Paid over the counter without hesitation and questioning them. I had a fair idea what I needed to pay but didn’t think twice over the counter. Called in asked about transaction and individual confirmed they may have bought it for a lot more than other retailers which is why they have to sell for a premium. Great

Really bad experience was told boiler was in stock arranged to pick it up on a certain day. Rang to confirm a day before but then said wasn't in stock sold the boiler and said it was sold because I hadn't paid a deposit when on the phone it was never said that a deposit was needed. The person who I was dealing with very abruptly said can't anything not in stock and cut the phone

The most wonderful shipping experience. The guys in the shop are the kindest, the most patient, very knowledgeable and helpfull, that I ever met. Can't do enough for you. It wasn't only for me as I spent in the shop a good amount of time and they were dealing with everyone in the same manner. The stock is incredible, they seem to have everything in there. Highly recommend.

Do not visit this store believe me guys they are fraud.

They have signs up in there store ONCE YOU BUY SOMETHING EVEN THOUGH IT IS FAULTY WE WILL NOT DO NOTHING.

How can they trade like this 100% fraud bought a faulty boiler tried returning they said they cannot do nothing.

Very helpful and knowledgable, and the prices are good. They have access to a number of different manufacturers of heating systems. The engineers are friendly and knowledgable too. We had a gas safety inspection carried out by a different company who advised that a new burner or boiler was required, and we requested warwick boilers to visit and check the boiler. When they visited they found that the boiler required a service and the gas valve required adjustment, which was carried out and gas safety certificate issued. Would highly recommend and we are using them for all our properties. It is quite challenging to find good tradespeople whilst being competitive, and with a nice attitude. Not good service , had to come back many times didn’t receive what was promised.

One member of staff lies to get you to buy products and makes you comes back to get different parts for it after promising that it’s all included. AVOID at any cost.
