From the first contact with Walrow until the finish product , the service had been exceptional. Everyone we have had contact with has been professional , courteous and nothing is too much trouble.
The quality of the cabinets are of an extremely high standard.
Dan and his colleagues are very approachable and gave us some great ideas which have helped us achieve our dream kitchen, especially recommending the led lights inside the tall cabinets , they are fantastic. James and the team that built the cabinets are clearly very skilled too.
Every stage of the process was smooth and the team worked closely with us to ensure we were completely happy with everything.

Great company! Walrow Kitchens have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We have ended up with a very high quality kitchen at a very reasonable price. I absolutely love my new Walrow Kitchen! It has been a smooth process from start to finish and despite the huge amount of work involved with removing walls and everything being stripped out, it wasn’t stressful at all. The design process was enjoyable and I felt that there was a real desire to help us to create something a bit different to the high street retailers that we had used for comparison. There was a real sense of collaboration and thinking through the design possibilities, whereas other companies had a more limited range and cost such a lot more. My kitchen is exactly what I was dreaming of and in many ways, has exceeded my expectations with added details that make it look beautifully seamless and functions perfectly. “My wife and I first started looking for kitchens, visiting some showrooms of the key names in the trade. Whilst we were provided with great coffee and top end, glitzy showrooms, as an Engineer working on highly regulated construction projects, I was unimpressed with the design and build quality of the products we were being shown.
From our first visit to Walrow Kitchens, the experience was totally different. They were and continued to be completely focussed on working with us, to ensure our new kitchen met our exact needs. My concerns about design, build and materials used by the company completely disappeared after visiting their workshop, talking to their time served tradesman, who it was clear, were very committed to manufacturing product to the highest standards and were proud to share their knowledge and skill with their customers.
During the design process, we were able to speak directly with a design specialist within the team, if we had any questions, or perhaps needed to make any changes. The overall experience was, in my opinion, outstanding. Another benefit of Walrow, is the level of hand crafting and finishing of product, including the bespoke work surfaces provided by their sister company, all designed, manufactured and installed by their in house team. In contrast, some of the larger competitors who had such specialist work surfaces produced and installed by sub contracted suppliers, with a markup, for adding no real value.
In summary, we have simply been supplied our dream kitchen and would recommend them to anyone, who values true quality in design, build and customer service, over a visit to a glitzy showroom and a nice coffee with a sales person. After all one offers an afternoon out, the other a top quality addition to the house, that will bring pleasure for many years.”
