Amazing service from Stephen and staff! He put together a design for our bathroom with everything I wanted, which I didn’t think I could have for the space we had available.

Wow - it’s rare these days to find such amazing customer service. Steven (showroom manager) is so helpful and knowledgable and a genuinely nice guy to deal with. No sales pressure and no question was too daft. As a result, we have ended up with a fabulous new bathroom and I cannot recommend this company highly enough - they were brilliant from start to finish.

We had our en suite bathroom redesigned and fitted. The design process was great as we got to see the items in the showroom, rather than just in a brochure. Stephen was very helpful and gave us advice and guidance to make the best of the room. Graham and the bathroom fitting team were brilliant, they completed extra work going above and beyond to make sure everything worked perfectly.

We’re really happy with the end product, it has made such a difference to the room.

We had our main bathroom and en-suite completely redesigned and installed last summer and we were so impressed with the level of service that we had our downstairs toilet redesigned and updated this year. The designs Steven came up with were exactly what we had in mind and they were installed with perfection by Graham and his apprentice Dillon who completed all three jobs professionally and respectfully.

We have just had our bathroom completely redesigned walls, ceiling, floor, lighting, new shower unit, vanity cabinet, tall unit, radiator the whole work was carried out by Vogue.
The workmanship was outstanding to perfection by Dave who takes pride in his work who worked none stop to complete the project in the slotted time agreed by both parties.
We cannot give them but the highest praises for such professionalism from design to completion, I will certainly be telling friends and family by recommending Vogue by Ignite for any future work.

Having had 4 bathrooms/en-suites provided by this company for 2 houses in the past 18 months, I already had a high level of respect for their quality products, expert fitters, product price and customer service. Following a serious issue (not related to this company) that created a flood and substantial damage to my property, Vogue’s owner himself came out on an emergency call out to resolve an extremely upsetting situation. This company really does go above and beyond to support their customers and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Prior to a “gooogle search” for bathrooms 18 months ago I was not aware of this company and I now wouldn’t recommend anyone else more highly!
