We had Alex and his team come and renovate our bathroom. It was a straightforward and easy process from quote to completion. We knew what we wanted and Vision Interiors made it happen. We love that they are local and know the businesses & tradespeople in the area.

Alex met with us at our house to get our ideas, some rough measurements and rough colour pallettes. The whole process was awesome, working together to achieve the elegant & functional space we wanted. Alex knew his stuff and he and the team made sure the small details were taken care of. They gave us a render of what our house could look like ahead of the start of the project so we could keep inspired and enthusiastic about the process as we were going through. We were able to make small adjustments through the process . On top of that, the communication was great. Megan, who does a lot of the correspondence, was wonderful, as well as timely, incredibly helpful and able to answer any questions we had. We fell in love with specific tiles and a coordinating colour for the back splash, and it was not a problem for them to make it happen!

We were lucky that we didn't have to navigate around workers as our house was renovated whilst empty, but the guys kept their tools in neat and manageable places so when we did pop in we were able to get the things done we wanted/needed to do.

All in all we are thrilled with the bathroom we had done by Vision Interiors. Thank you Alex, Megan and the team.

We are very pleased with the work by Vision Interiors and it has been a pleasure dealing with Alex. Alex is a very personable chap, he listened to our requirements and offered good advice on design and materials. We asked Alex to take care of several room refurbishments including: new vinyl flooring; a bathroom refit; a cloak-room refit; an ensuite refit; and a few carpentry jobs in the kitchen and elsewhere. All work was done to a high standard and done in good time. Alex also came back to fix a defective part a few months after the job finished for no charge. We wanted a complete makeover of both our family bathroom and en-suite. Although we had refurbished and refitted both rooms ourselves some years ago the changes we wanted this time were probably a step beyond my DIY skills. We had no experience or recommendations of local trades and therefore relied on a web search, eventually settling on two companies to provide quotes. After meeting Alex, and discussing with him our requirements and ideas, it was an easy decision to award Vision Interiors the job.
As well as being very personable, he immediately gave us confidence in his abilities to deliver exactly what we wanted. He assured us that he worked only with his own small team and some specialist sub contractors he always used. He also told us they only work on one project at a time and were busy for the next three months (reassuring in itself) so our work would be scheduled in asap and gave us a provisional start date. This was fine for us and that date was achieved.
Alex worked with us to agree the designs, advised what was and wasn’t practical and then put us on to his regular suppliers so we could view and order the sanitary ware and furniture of our choice. This worked particularly well as we were able see exactly what we were getting and judge it’s quality. During the lead up to the work starting Alex was always available to discuss any issues and liaise with both us and the suppliers.
Once the work began I can only say the project was managed both efficiently and effectively. Alex and his team were always punctual, respected our home and worked tidily and cleanly at all times. All the work was carried out to a very high standard (and I can be quite fussy about detail!!) and Alex and his lads were always proactive throughout, providing both flexible and innovative solutions to resolve the inevitable problems that come with this type of job.
To us, the end result said it all, meeting all our expectations both visually and in providing modern bathrooms with powerful and practical shower solutions.
Inevitably, a couple of minor issues arose after completion, but Alex was always quick to respond and resolve the problems.
Would we use Vision Interiors again, yes. Would we recommend them - without reservation!
