Absolutely brilliant service from Venus throughout - we love our kitchen! Richard was so helpful and quick to respond and suggest ideas/sort any issues. We had 7 or 8 quotes for the kitchen and Venus were by far the best to work with, and very good value for a bespoke kitchen. Highly recommended!

Had my oldish kitchen revamped with lovely new doors etc
Workmanship by 2 fitters brilliant very professional and attention to detail not a easy job 👏 the kitchen now looks expensive and has made the whole space look like new it took 2 days complete well worth money would definitely recommend 😀

A great service from start to end. Richard in the showroom knowledgable and helpful in choosing the right kitchen for us. Matt and his son Will who did the actual fitting. Very professional right through the process. Products are quality and the fitters where excellent cleaning up at the end of each day and taking all the old stuff away. My wife and I could not be more please with the service and love our new kitchen.

Venus is a little tardis of a place. We visited Worksop to look at bathroom displays for ideas. David was very helpful and knowledgeable and gave good ideas and advice and a quote for what we required straight away. Upstairs are also kitchen and bedroom displays which they also supply. Very pleased with the customer service and have ordered from Venus.

Sorry chaps about the delay in putting this review on ; highly recommended , used for bathroom & en suite refit - was so good that got them back to do complete bedroom refit as well !!
Absolutely delighted , fitters paid great attention to detail and completed all jobs within their estimated schedule .
Richard and David very helpful , no pressure selling at all , just good advice .

I dont know what has happened since my last review 2 years ago but service has certainly not what it was , David does not seem to be able to cope with the obvious pressure and communication between team is poor .
Also you be wise to check the prices as marked up in the showroom as there are many that i found were much higher on the quote than the displayed prices ie shower screen marked up at £300 , quoted £350 , same on some taps as well ; was told prices were out of date
If they use the same sub contractors from 2 years ago these were brilliant but customer service not what it was .
