Wanted to say a huge thank you to Liam, Jack and Pete the electrician for transforming our tired old bathroom into a beautiful shower room. Nothing was too much trouble, even though things didn't always go to plan but it worked out in the end. We are delighted with our new beautiful shower room. I have just had a new bathroom designed, supplied, and fitted with this company. I am very particular, and from start to finish, I was guided through and given a ray of different ideas suited to the space that I had in my bathroom. James came out and measured up, and I gave James a few ideas of my own on what I wanted, and he gave good advice and guidance. James is very patient, approachable, friendly, knowledgeable, and a good asset to this company. The fitters Liam and Billy were great, very knowledgeable, good lads and grafters, and quick to sort any small issues out that arose. I can't praise these lads enough. Love my bathroom. The company is not the cheapest, but the quality of the products are good. I would recommend this company to anyone thinking of having a new bathroom/shower room. Easy 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟🤩

BUYERS BEWARE.... Ordered some tiles and asked beforehand if they would deliver by a certain day, was advised they would be delivered Monday, on Tuesday I was advised it wouod now be Friday, when I advised these wouod be too late as the bathroom was now ready for tiling, the advisor said NOT MY PROBLEM! still waiting for a response from head office before I pursue my money back through court!

Our new en suite and new bathroom have just been finished today. I am so impressed with the result that I had to write this review straight away. The workmanship and quality of finish is first class. To me this is what sets aside the great from the good, and believe me, the people at Unique are the very best of the great. Nothing we asked for was any trouble, everyone went above and beyond to deliver the highest standard of customer service from initial survey, through design process and to installation. Why does google review only allow 5 stars? If there was 10 stars I’d give Unique 11. Recommended to everyone.

First of all we would like to thank Colin & Shane for their help and patience while we chose the fittings for our en-suite, we would also like to thank Lee & Liam who did such a brilliant job installing and tiling our en-suite.
I would advise any one thinking about bathrooms and tiles to visit the Unique showroom first where bathrooms and tiles are available to suit any budget. The whole team (including Pete & Josh the electricians who I forgot to mention) are pleasant and friendly but above all are skilled in their respective jobs. All work was done with minimum of disruption to us and our home was left clean and tidy at the end of each day.
The end result was a beautifully finished room which we are delighted with.
So once again a big thank you to all of you .

Absolutely first class from start to finish.
Dave in the shop went above and beyond to find what we wanted. Lee and Josh did a fantastic job fitting the floor tiles. Very clean and tidy in their work. Also, thanks to Jack for pointing us in the right direction.
Would recommend to anyone without hesitation!
