This company does not deserve even one star.

I ordered a water proof jacket with a logo on which I payed for in advance. They sent me one with a missing logo then told me that they can't refund me because they lose money. I had to replace their faulty product, and therefore asked for a refund. They said they do not refund, even though it's their mistake. They asked me to wait until they correct their mistake which meant I would have to work outside in the rain until they sort it out, so they only care about their profit without complying with distant selling regulations and consumers' rights. The worse customer service and money motivated retailer. Ah they also told me that I should resell their faulty product to someone else to cover my cost. So Disgraceful customer service!

When I called them to say that I do not accept their unreasonable offer, they then asked several times to talk to my manager as if I was not worthy of talking (perhaps so that they can bully my supposed manager into accepting their conditions, as if it was my fault their item did not arrived as described). The manager is not an account holder, where is your data protection compliance? Disgraceful customer service!

Also, this company has no official complain procedure set on their website, furthermore, they do not provide any help when you call and ask their complain procedure on the phone either. Consumers must make an official complaint before escalating to the trading standards and ADR, which obviously cannot be made with this company.

The worse is, when I called them to discuss the faulty product, they were laughing at me as I couldn't pronounce some of the words correctly and made grammar mistakes. Both, one on phone, the other person next to the phone, at least two women I could hear giggling. Obviously I was frustrated with their attitude, and with English not being my mother language, I made a few grammar mistakes, yet they still made fun of my speech. I asked number of times as to why they had laughed at me, but they ignored my question, made no apology nor any explanation. Lowest of the low. And racist customer service!

I do regret for not buying from a reputable trader with a good customer service. Overall, this was a traumatising experience which I will never forget. I believe, if you receive an item that is not as described, this company would not allow you to use your consumer rights, nor refund you.

Shocking Customer Services. Wanted to order some uniform i had to spend £250. It states that for web orders so i emailed my order and get told you have to spend £250.
