DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!
My order has not been delivered, there has been no communication since I placed the order. Delivery was meant to be within 5 working days. They don’t answer phone calls, they don’t respond to emails and there is no response to the chat function on the website either! Terrible customer service.

This is a fraudulent company. I placed an order which never shipped/arrived (#19293). I have contacted them over the phone, email, voicemail, and WhatsApp a number of times and have never been able to reach anyone to receive a refund for my items. I will likely have to reach out to my bank to try and arrange a chargeback as I see no other way of resolving this.

Update: after leaving this review they have actioned the refund. However, due to the extremely slow response time, I still cannot recommend this company.

Absolutely shocking customer service. They haven’t sent my order, and are now ignoring emails, online chat and phone calls. I’ll be asking my bank to organise a refund because I don’t think my order will ever be fulfilled. Sadly I’d suggest not ordering from this company

Unbeatable Bathrooms were tricky to reach by phone or email to discuss my order, so I ended up ordering the item from another business. When I did finally get through to Unbeatable Bathrooms they were helpful and refunded the item. Hopefully they manage to sort their comms issues out in future.

Excellent service throughout. Very helpful and their advice was exactly what I needed and saved me money. Great to deal with. but getting hold of them afterwards by phone or email could have been better. Otherwise, a very happy customer. Thank you!

I had an issue with two toilet frames I have ordered 8 months ago but couldn't open the second item for 8 months. When my builder checked the box after 8 months of delievry we noticed that the frame was missing but only the internal tank. I called Unbeatable Bathrooms and explained the situation. Adam was incredibly helpful and he managed a new delivery within an hour with no extra charge.
If they keep the communication strong and help their customers, this company can make an achievement.

Avoid like the plaque or COVID. My order for a toilet seat raised in Jan 2024 £ 173 shows as unsatisfied on the system. Well I am pretty pissed off with them. Seat size is unusual - so I gave them far longer than I would have done elsewhere, seemed reasonable as I could not find the size elsewhere. So I hoped against hope. Tried calling - no response. How on earth did I let myself get conned by this?
