I ordered eight 500mm x 1355mm 3 column rads in anthracite. I was sceptical about purchasing online so ordered one first to test the quality and had no issues. All radiators hung and working correctly, quality is great. Delivery & customer service was great swell

I do a lot of bathroom re-fits so deal with a lot of radiators.
Bought a graphite coloured towel radiator for bathroom re-fit. Good price and smooth quick delivery. The radiator was good quality, no issues fitting the tails. Wall mounting components good quality and instructions clear. Will definitely use them again for future projects so no hesitation in full recommendation.

After a lot of research on radiators I bought one from UK radiators. I couldn't be more happy with the quality or the product and the high level of customer service. A quick delivery turnaround and a convenient delivery slot. The radiator was well packaged, but I did have one damaged cover end. This wasn't a problem as I emailed them to explain and got a quick response back to have another one sent out. Very happy.

Delivery company they use is awful don’t expect a good service . Expected receipt of order was changed 3 times by uk radiators. Forgot to add radiator was damaged when first delivered so still

I bought pipe covers and valves to make my basic radiators look another level. It's a small detail but it makes such an impact. Delivery was super quick and the customer service is impeccable.
