Very bad service no one answer the phone or replay to email,placed order on 21st Dec and confirmation was 1 to 2 working days,notification came on 28th deliver and still nothing received yet,

I found Marc and the team really helpful when ordering fittings for a complete bathroom. They are online so you do need to do your homework so as not to order the wrong components or valves etc as I did, they are not an advisory company! I saved 30% over my plumbers best 'trade price' on £4000 of kit so that homework was very cost effective. Good service with on time predictions of availability and trouble free replacements I cannot fault this company.

Placed an order with Uk bathroom Store. They called me shortly afterwards to let me know that the items I had ordered where incompatible. They then helped me order the right bits and still got the order dispatched on the same day.

Spoke to Marc in the sales team in order to price match and check delivery timescales on a relatively large order of £2k approx.

Was told they can price match and get the items to us as requested withstanding any courier issues once the items had been dispatched by them.

Checking on the order, was then told the items wouldn’t be with us for another week and one item would be three weeks away. So blatantly lied to to secure an order and the fact we had to chase for an update without being proactively told is such a poor experience.

It’s just not good enough.

Absolutely time wasters ! DON'T USE THIS SUPPLIER !! Look ALL the reviews below. I Placed order on 14th May- order number 5003176.It's keep changing dates. They are blaming the manufactures / suppliers. I contacted the above manufacture directly and they confirmed they have item in stock? Then where's the problem?. However I had to cancel the order and refunded. Very disappointed.

Wish I could give this shoddy company zero stars! Sent a few emails back and forth with the 'Sales Manager' about a specific product - then after placing the order I got a phone call from this 'Sales Manager' advising me that this product is incorrectly priced on the website. By DOUBLE... he refused to offer anything up, apart from 'we haven't got a contract with you, so aren't obliged to honour that'.

I thought it was suspicious that the email confirmation made a point of highlighting this: "Pricing Errors: In the event that there is a misprint or pricing error on the website then UK Bathroom Store will not be bound to honour any orders made at that price."

I'm thinking they're aware of their pricing errors and they're using it as a marketing tool to bring interest into the website - but then at the last minute try and force you into a corner to spend over the odds for an item. Wouldn't recommend and will never be using their services again.

Excellent delivery of my new shower head, which was ordered over the Christmas period. DPD were also very good in delivering when promised.

Absolute rip off merchants!! Struggled to insure returned sink so spoke to staff before sending to seek advice. Informed they send all sinks uninsured and to use original packaging should be fine. Coincidentally when I call 7 days after they have signed for delivery I'm told they received it damaged so no refund. What a surprise!!! No communication prior to me calling.

Avoid at all costs!
