I found Chris through a Google search & reached out. We were just out of the area he normally worked in, but offered to give help & advice. Chris shared his ideas and vision without any money being requested (we could have easily used them with someone else!). Chris agreed to take on the project 😊. We were not in the property at the time, but from start to finish Chris kept us fully informed, sending updates, photos and videos. A concern with any building work is the mess that is made - everything was covered, literally. He looked after our house like it was his home. The project came in on schedule, under price and looks absolutely amazing. Chris removed ALL the rubbish and actually disposed of a broken wardrobe for us. I rarely write reviews, but on this occasion it is justified. Do not hesitate in having any work done with Chris. THANK YOU Chris.

An outstanding service! Chris and his team performed a large bathroom refitting project for us over a two-week period just before Christmas 2014. This could have made for a very stressful run-up to the holidays, but they managed the whole process in a very smooth and professional way.

I chose Chris because I had been impressed with the careful descriptions of his methods on his web-site. Our project entailed taking everything back to bare brick, as well as knocking a toilet and bathroom into a single suite. Chris's team were all skilled, professional, reliable and considerate. Estimates were detailed and accurate, timetabling was precise, and the standard of the work was very high -- as was the care taken around the house. The team were in the house while we were out and always left the place in good order. Chris himself did a large part of the work and kept us fully informed of progress and any problems. However, all his colleagues were a pleasure to have around.

The end result is excellent, and I am reassured that the quality of the work has been very high. I would highly recommend Chris to prospective clients.

We can not recommend Chris and his team enough. From the start to finish of our bathroom being totally refitted he was exceptionally helpful, responsive to what we wanted, honest and accessible. Chris has excellent communication skills as well as having clear attention to detail in his work. All of the people we met working with him were helpful and polite.

Having small children I chose to move out out during the work and had 100% confidence leaving Chris and his team in our home. Naturally dust is inevitable but they do tidy up as much as possible. We really appreciated Chris' quotes which are very transparent and detailed and enabled us to work to the budget we had; with Chris' honesty and expertise we were able to work out what we really wanted to spend money on and what would be a false economy.

There were a couple of issues after the work was done but Chris was immediate to respond and sort them out. We have no hesitation in recommending him and will certainly use him for any home building work in future.

I am thrilled with my bathroom, thank you! Chris' approach stood out among his competitors when he came to do a quote this past January. He listened carefully and gave good advice and was happy just to replace the bath, shower and loo, while leaving the tiled floor (because I love it) and the sink (because it's fine as it is). The previous bath was not fitted correctly and was doomed to leak. This past May, Chris' team took out the old tiles, tanked the walls, built a sturdy frame for the bath to rest on and replaced the loo. Jay's suggestion to rotate the loo 90 degrees has improved its capacity to flush at the same time as looking better. It took two weeks in total and the team were a joy to have in the house. My five year old now wants to build bathrooms when he grows up. Seth's precision tiling and attention to detail is excellent. He is clearly an artist - the way he arranged the simple white tiles he was working with looks classy and majestic and every time I enter the bathroom I feel uplifted. And you kept to the budget agreed in the quote. Thank you very much indeed!!!

Chris and his team recently worked on our bathroom, fitting a brand new suite, shower &screen and tiling and painting. Everything looks amazing an I would highly recommend their services to everyone. From the initial contact with Chris, it was clear that they genuinely care about their customers. Chris's pricing was also very competitive and everything was laid out and priced individually which enabled us to have flexibility over was we did and didn't want when it came to our budget. Everyone involved was in the job was very knowledgeable and highly experienced and all worked together very well. Rob fitted a half-set wash basin and counter-top, fitted cupboards and wall cupboard, and tiled the walls. He is a most careful and thoughtful worker as well as being a most pleasant person, and this resulted in a perfect job being done, and believe me I am very particular and fussy. I am highly delighted with his work and cannot fault it in any way.
Richard was the electrician who fitted new sockets and illuminated mirrors as well as doing some remedial electrical work. He is a quick, accurate, and neat worker and, like Rob, I cannot fault his work. He was a pleasant person to have around the house, along with his assistant.
Jamie was in overall charge and he co-ordinated everything well. He is a fine, efficient, skilful and pleasant man.

Chris and his team fitted a new main bathroom for us in January 2015 and we couldn’t be happier with the service or end result!

We decided to get our main bathroom renovated at the last minute due to a water leak. So Chris provided an initial quote based on a phonecall and followed this up with a visit.
The quote provided a full breakdown of costs for each stage of the project. The work involved for each stage was clearly defined, with links to his website to explain certain procedures where required.
Within the quote he also made us aware of potential additional costs that could occur, such as re-boarding if the walls behind existing tiles were in poor condition.

Our bathroom was completed on time (8 days) and to the agreed budget. Chris and his team worked through the day while my wife and I were both at work. I met Chris on the first morning to hand him a set of spare house keys, which he kept for the duration of the works. But after this we were hardly at home while the works was ongoing. We had no concerns with Chris being in his house and it was always left clean and tidy on an evening. We kept in regular contact over the phone and were always consulted before any decisions were made on site.

The bathroom was fully tiled (floor and walls) with electric wire underfloor heading. A shower was added above the bath, with recesses constructed within the end wall. All of the bathroom furniture and tiles were provided by ourselves.

A small amount of snagging was completed within a couple of days and we are now left with our perfect bathroom! The quality of workmanship and finish is absolutely excellent.
