Absolutely fantastic from start to finish! From the very first meeting with Matt to discuss the job his kindness and transparency was immediately apparent. He was always just a message away throughout the entire process. Our bathroom and toilet were rough to begin with but Matt and Sam were superb throughout the whole process: both incredibly polite, courteous and considerate. Extremely pleased with both the design and installation of the bathroom, which included moving the soil waste to a different position to the existing. Straight talking, Reliable, great time keeping, minimal mess and disruption, probably not the cheapest but if you want quality then that's what you get with Matt.
