I needed to obtain original build information that the builder did not bother to provide. Jake at Turnbull (Brigg) was absolutely amazing. He trawled through records (without success) and then took the trouble to contact vendors to identify the manufacturer and source the required spares. Other suppliers would probably have just said "sorry, no records". Jake simply would not give up trying. That's exemplary service and Turnbull should be very proud of this. Thank you Jake!

Just had our bathroom redone and it looks great! Turnbull & Co certainly have a great selection of products and I was able to choose a lovely walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin as well as tiles. In fact, I chose all my accessories for the bathroom here too. Everything is great quality and the prices are competitive. There is no pressurised selling and you can take your time to choose. Jake helped me with all my queries and made the whole design process easy for me. Many thanks.

We had an idea of what we wanted for our new kitchen and fortunately for us Turnbulls retail the range we were interested in.
We made an appointment to meet an advisor and received a warm friendly greeting from Mr Alan Erm
It didn’t take him long to translate our drawings into a plan and we went home to think over his ideas. Needless to say we tweaked the ideas several times and each time Alan was happy to discuss our ideas and if he could see a potential downfall, he would discuss this with us. Fairly soon we had pretty much everything we wanted on plan and images of how it would look in reality
A quote was supplied and negotiated on and once we had come to an agreement the order was placed. In my experience people buy into people and we found Alan very easy to deal with and despite the huge pressures out upon him by the pandemic always returned our calls.
The kitchen was delivered on the agreed date and I have to say the driver and his mate were superb continuing the high level of service
Once our kitchen fitter started to fit the kitchen it was soon apparent that the cooker hood was not going to fit and Alan dashed straight out to see the issue immediately. 2 hours later he had a remedy and an alternative extractor was ordered causing us no delay
The kitchen is now fully installed and we are delighted with it. Beautiful high quality units with German made appliances it gives a contemporary look and feel to our mid 19th century cottage.
