I bought shower a from Tubs and Taps and I had an issue with some of the parts in the box .
I spoke to Richard who promptly dealt with the issue and went above and beyond to rectify the matter .even sorting out a problem that had been caused by myself .

We've had two bathrooms (house bathroom and ensuite) and a kitchen from Tubs and Taps over the last six years. We couldn't be happier with every aspect of service, products or fitters. Both Christian and Richard are really helpful (and patient!) with design ideas and product knowledge, and their fitters are excellent, clean and tidy workers.

I had a great experience dealing with Tubs and Taps for my new kitchen. My contact was with Katie who took my brief and Pinterest images that I liked and produced a design that was on point. Throughout the process Katie gave sound advice and regular updates and Paul the kitchen fitter is a true craftsman with an eye for detail. Would definitely recommend them and will be using again.
