The service that we received from Tradex Kitchens has been second to none. When we decided to fit a new kitchen we went to Wren, Howdens, Magnet and Ikea and had quotes from them all.
A family friend suggested that before we made any decisions we should get a quote from Tradex. We went to the showroom and viewed the range of products. All appeared to be extremely high quality and very well thought out ergonomically.
We thought that we might be wasting our time and theirs as the quote would be so expensive that it would be beyond anything else that we had had and would be more than we wanted to spend.
In actual fact the quote turned out to be extremely competitive with the other companies but the products appeared to be higher quality. For example all of our appliances are premium Siemens equipment rather than makes that we had not heard of.
The installation was undertaken quickly by expert installers. The main fitter had 14 years experience and it was a pleasure to have him in the house. The specialist fitters who came for plumbing and electrics did their work quickly, cleanly and without fuss.
The finished result is a kitchen that looks like it has come from a show house.
I cannot recommend Tradex highly enough and would definitely use them again.

Went to Wickes kitchens and had them do a design & quote. Then went to Tradex and spoke with Alex who then arranged a home visit to come and measure for him to do a design for us.
The design that Alex came up with was so different from Wickes, it was amazing, we didn’t even know it was possible to get so much in our kitchen. So decision made we went with Tradex also a deciding factor in this was the fact that I wanted my worktops to be in one piece and it was only Tradex that did this.
After choosing the cupboards, worktops, sink & tap and all the appliances it was ordered.
We had Tradex recommended fitter Jason who then supplied he’s recommended electrician Dave, plumber Sean, plasterer Dean and builder Tony, they all done fantastic jobs in contributing to my amazing kitchen.
The kitchen units and appliances Tradex supplied are off the highest quality and although kitchens are expensive, it was well worth it.
I would highly recommend Tradex kitchens and it was such a pleasure working with Alex, nothing was too much trouble for him. I found Alex to be professional, knowledgeable, friendly and a lovely genuine bloke.

Tradex Kitchens designed and supplied our utility room as part of our extension build. Ben helped throughout the process, offering guidance, helping get the best possible design, and making sure we had space for our puppy! Ben was truly excellent and I would contact Tradex first for any future kitchen or utility supply. The quality of the cabinets and fittings is excellent. My builders love working with Ben and team, really appreciating the drawings and detail that is supplied alongside the hardware to help with smooth installation.

Nearly eight years ago we chose Tradex to supply our kitchen and it looks as good today as it did then. We knocked out a wall to enlarge the kitchen and the team fully understood what we wanted to achieve by doing this. All of the team were, are, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve recently asked if they could get me a touch up lacquer stick, and, eight years on I now have one to touch up minor scratches. I cannot fault Tradex as they constantly have the customer at the head of their priorities, they provide an excellent service, supplying an excellent product supported by excellent and professional fitters. If you are looking. For a good product accompanied by good professional product knowledge and support then I suggest you visit Tradex in Folkestone for your new quality kitchen. It will be a good investment!
