Great experience buying a bathroom from Total Bathrooms. We got a quick layout, based on real measurements, and then changed various elements to get the design perfect. It came together so easily, as they were able to do it all in their design software, and produce 3D visualisations, as well as layouts. We had plenty of help making decisions on the right products for our bathroom, and they were helpful in finding ways for us to keep costs down.

We bought a vanity that was greatly reduced due to some damage, and I'm happy with it, but I would advise that you thoroughly inspect the seconds before agreeing to a purchase. There was some damage that I didn't see until it arrived, although I would have gone ahead with the purchase anyway.

It was also really helpful that Total Bathrooms can provide a list of bathroom fitters, so that you can get a range of quotes and be confident that they all have a good reputation. We were very happy with the fitters we chose, and we now have a top quality bathroom.

We could not have been happier with our experience with Total Bathrooms. From the initial consultation we had with Andy until the day all the goods arrived, we were impressed by the professionalism of all the staff we met. We were especially pleased with the ease of obtaining a quote and the decent turnaround time for supply of goods. Also, we were blown away by the showroom, the reasonable pricing and their huge range of stock - other companies we visited just couldn't compare on any of these points. Andy was particularly helpful when it came to designing our new bathroom, it was clear he had a great depth of knowledge of which products and which would fit well in the space we were working with. Although Total Bathrooms don't have their own fitters, they were able to recommend a great team to us who communicated with them about the design ahead of meeting us at the property, which was great. We absolutely love our new bathroom and would happily recommend Total Bathrooms to anyone embarking on a bathroom renovation project.

I was delighted with the experience of purchasing a bathroom from Total Bathrooms. It was for a tricky space in a period building. Andy Webb was just superb and a total professional in designing a bathroom and helping me to select furniture and other accessories to fit the small space that matched my wishes ( and was similar to one in the showroom ) . He made everything very easy and was concerned more about meeting my needs and wishes than just selling . Andy was also unfailingly cheerful and unflappable producing the drawings which we amended following discussion in a couple of respects and nothing was too much trouble . Once I had decided on the final order Total then crucially are willing to recommend fitters and once an estimate has been agreed dovetail the delivery with the fitter’s availability. Aqua Bathrooms provided a prompt estimate , great front office staff and a superb fitter Richard Nash who stripped the bathroom to its foundations ( and solved the drainage problem )and then built the beautiful luxurious bathroom on top with a beautiful finish . It is such a pleasure to use already . Once it is painted it will be perfect 😍

Eddie was very friendly and helpfull throughout all the stages aswell as rest of team. Had few problems which they sorted out for us and as a apology for wot went wrong gave us a black overflow for sink at no cost .def recommend total bathrooms
