We’re doing a home renovation and got all of our tiles from Tiles etc.

The service we received from these guys was amazing throughout the whole process. Simon not only understood our vision perfectly and made recommendations accordingly, but he also made sure that all of our products were available for delivery quickly as time was something we didn’t have.

The variety of tiles and ceramics they have alongside their expertise makes them an ideal choice for all kind of renovation projects. We could not recommend them enough.

When I went in I was a bit jaded with looking up bathrooms online, not feeling inspired and feeling a bit lost about how to refresh our bathroom. Jane listened to my ideas about what I liked and my budget and then gave me lots of great ideas and really sound advice about choosing tiles and sanitary ware to achieve a stylish and distinctive look which I could never have managed without her help. She also pointed me to lots of interesting, smaller, high-quality brands which I would not have found without her. Jane and all the staff are highly knowledgeable and will elevate whichever project you are contemplating. My family are delighted with the results. I will be back for further projects.

Absolutely fabulous.
Due to my own error i needed a half box of tiles which unfortunately were from a very limited distribution channel. It looked like i was going to have to import a single box from Spain !!! You can imagine the cost of that !!!!!!

This is where Simon stepped in with an outstanding level of "good old fashioned" customer service and helped me find them from another supplier in the UK.

Simon's help was totally over and above what most other suppliers would have done - especially as there was no sale in it for himself.

We recently redid our kitchen and were after some interesting tiles, so popped into the treasure trove that is tiles etc. We were spoilt for choice and also had their expert guidance and patience in recommending designs, colours and even grout that would work best with our new kitchen design. The tiles are now up and look amazing and we'd like to thank the shop and Simon in particular for their expertise, patience and for going above and beyond in helping us achieve the look we were after. Not only were we greeted with the warmest welcome, but the advice we were given was amazing. we bought tiles they call “glass wall paper” for our kitchen splash back, and we’ve loved it ever since.
