The tiles themselves are decent—our 1.2m x 1.2m tiles had a slight bend, but nothing unmanageable. However, the customer service and overall sales experience have been disappointing. We encountered a billing issue, and despite multiple calls and emails over several months, they have completely ignored us. The one star is for the showroom, which has an impressive array of choice. Jigna was very arrogant and disinterested when speaking to us. Gary seamed very nice and friendly however he never responded to our countless calls and emails. Not a company we could trust to do our bathrooms if this was the start of it.

Daniel approached us when we were in store and immediately we were impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. His design skills were fantastic, he created 2 amazing bathrooms and a downstairs loo which exceeded our expectations. He helped enormously on colour matches, tiles that would work well, layout etc.
Had so many compliments! Spent more than we planned of course but worth every penny.

Send less tiles than ordered, promise to send out extra. After waiting a month I asked for a refund. 2 months later and multiple reminders, no refund. Sadly will have to report to my credit card.
