We’ve just had our bathroom gutted and have a completely new bathroom. Warren was superb in assisting us in our quest to find perfect bathroom and Warren was amazing and listened to what we wanted and he did a plan and a detailed plan of what we asked for. He listed very tin and we did not change a thing. The quality was excellent as was the price, so can only say ‘thank you Warren’.

He also gave us name of a guy who could fit our bathroom. It turned out Jak too was amazing and kept us up to date daily what the day’s work was and he’s a perfectionist.

THEA WAS AWESOME, we ordered 3 complete bathrooms, all tiles and they were not straight forward orders, yet nothing was ever a problem. Always picked up the phone, quick to respond and always served with a smile. Our plumbers recommended T&L to us and they were so right. I recently had a new bathroom installed , due to covid it was on , then off , on again .. You get the idea.

However, from the moment I started my dealing with T&L it was made so simple. Guidance with correct product to suit my needs, and no hard sell of stuff I didn’t

From the start T&L were always on point and most importantly for me contactable , none of this on line messages – T&L remained responsive and personal.

I have to call out Warren who is testament of perfect customer service. I would text Warren at various time of the day and always got a quick response

End result with Warren’s in-depth knowledge of his product and his experience in the field we now have a very stylish looking bathroom suite at a very competitive rate .

I had visited many bathroom shops but Wanessa at Thompson and Leigh was fantastic, honest and followed the brief perfectly ! She designed my perfect bathroom with helpful suggestions and even cost saving alternatives ( very rare) Honestly better than any other bathroom showroom or design planner ive ever seen . Highly recommended
