Thank you from start to finish for such an amazing service and incredible finish. We are totally delighted with your professionalism and personal service. It was just over 20 years ago after getting our new home, that you replaced the old pink bath and sink. Remembering your service, we had to return to The Washroom when needing a totally new refit and was not disappointed.

No job was too small and you even allowed us to let our imaginations run (not too wild) in being creative. We certainly got what we paid for; top communication, top materials used, top craftsmanship, top professionalism and top results. (Jim even looked after the cats!) Every time we use our washroom, it’s a delight!

We are thrilled with our new main bathroom and en-suite. As soon as we walked into the showroom, we knew we were with the right company. I cannot fault your customer service - from start to finish this has been excellent. Thanks Gary and Marie for offering us lots of ideas to refresh what we currently had and giving us a wide choice of fixtures and fittings to choose from. As well as being on hand throughout, even if by video call. Equally a big shout out for Jim. His attention to detail and level of workmanship was the best we have experienced, and we could probably do with using a cookie cutter to make a few more Jim's just in case we need anything else sorting around the house.

Anyway, I just wanted to say that we are delighted with our finished products, everyone is smiling. Job done!

I needed a full service, from design, installation to all the finer details like tiles and fittings choosing as I live 85 miles away from Mum. I was very pleased with their enthusiasm in helping me with this project. Their projected installation date is next year, which just shows that they offer such a fantastic experience from choosing, design and service that they are booked up for months to come! I have had the real pleasure with dealing with this Beautiful Bathroom Design Showroom for over 20 years.
In all that time this real quality family business ,have conducted themselves ,always ,with a high degree of service and professionalism ,certainly lacking through the majority of showrooms in the area.
Marie and Garry are very knowledgeable with all aspects of bathroom products,and their design skills are second to none,coupled with their own family fitting team,this has got to be ,one of the best showrooms to go in to ,where your bathroom,shower room ,wet room dreams are brought to reality .
I find it very sad ,that a particular customer has had a couple of unfortunate visits to this showroom,sometimes we have to persevere to get what we really want or need.
