I ordered two A1 frames. They were dispatched using a delivery company I have not heard of, I missed the delivery once and rearranged it but slots were inconveniently only available at times I was working. If you miss the delivery twice, I think it gets sent back so I ended up leaving a note on the door asking them to leave it with a neighbour which was a bit annoying. Unsure why they don't use DPD or everi who are a bit more flexible?

One of the frames had clearly been dropped as the corner was damaged (bent out of place) and the clear plastic was snapped. It was such a hassle getting the delivery that I couldn't be bothered to exchange it so had a go at doing a diy fix myself which I can live with but annoying that they were not cheap.

The frames are quite flimsy, lightweight and thin. They are not glass but a VERRRRY thin, flexible piece of plastic. They don't look great to be honest but they'll do for now. I'll stick to John Lewis next time, sorry!

I have just received my black metal 3 tier console table.
I was wary using a new Supplier but Urban Mill had exactly what I was looking for after endlessly searching other Companies.
I found ordering easy and was kept totally up-to-date with delivery via email.
The table was so easy to put together.
The quality and price was superb.

Amazing Service.

The item looks fantastic. We ordered online. It was sent within a day and arrived very quickly.
Unfortunately the delivery driver may have dropped it on the way, when we opened it one part was damaged.

When I told the company they responded within 30 minutes to apologise and arrange a replacement. I’ve never seen service this good. I will definitely use them again online with a feeling of security.

I also got an answer from a person, not a bot. This place is old school great. Highly recommended. The way all purchases should be made.

We ordered a coffee table from Urban Mill which initially didn't arrive to the correct house (through no fault of theirs, it was the courier). Shauna was lovely and quickly reassured us we would get our item in any case. Do check your junk emails for their communications. The table looks great in our house - we love it.

First off, they have flagged my review for defamation on Trustpilot, so it has been temporarily removed when I have only told the truth in order to help others to not make the same mistake.

I ordered a piece of furniture after carefully searching the internet for something that I thought would end up being of decent quality. Eventually I settled on ‘The Urban Mill’. A month or so after my order, my item arrived, and to my surprise it was in a “Songmics” box. “Songmics” is a low quality brand that is widely available on Amazon and is a brand that I SPECIFICALLY AVOIDED when searching for something to buy, as I was familiar with the brand and its reputation beforehand.

I had no idea I was receiving this, as it was not stated in the description.

The best thing is that they REFUSED to take accountability for the misleading way they are handling their business and REFUSED to pay for the return and to give me a refund UNLESS I paid for the return myself!

If you decide to shop here, you might as well just go on Amazon and use Amazon Prime for lower prices and faster delivery. At least they are honest about the branding and quality of their items, rather than using a fancy name and website to misguide customers.

Clear instructions and easy to put together. Wardrobe in my coomed ceiling bedroom too short for dresses. This is ideal and attractive addition. Price excellent value. Really pleased.

I ordered some picture frames to hang my son’s GCSE art work.
The frames are inexpensive and minimal which is perfect for what I wanted.
Sadly one of the frames arrived damaged but Urban Mill’s customer service was amazing at getting the frame replaced.
Would recommend this company on its customer service.
