We are very happy with all aspects of our bathroom. David took time to understand our requirements, what we wanted to achieve and our budget. After several iterations on his virtual 3D bathroom and us visiting showrooms, we arrived at a specification. Ordering and delivery was handled by David who also recommended a fitter to do the installation which was done thoroughly and with great care.

David has a real flair for design and fastidious attention to detail which shines through in his work. He loves what he does, and is really creative with ideas and suggestions that take on board what we wanted, whilst also adding additional complementary elements. David and the team worked quickly and in a supportive way through the design phase of our project, and they really over delivered in many areas by providing additional drawings for tweaks we were making during the build phase. We were also lucky enough to have Aaron deliver on the build phase of this project who once again delivered the same level of attention to detail and care for his craft. Aaron loves what he does and we felt that he was providing a level of input and execution as if it were his own bathroom. His ideas and suggestions made us feel very confident that we would be happy with the end result. Now our en-suite is complete and we are over the moon with the design and execution. The team are also just super lovely to have around the house and we will miss them now the work is finished. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an amazing design and execution, with a simple and stress-free project. Thank you team!

David was excellent - I don't know how he does it! We weren't the easiest customers, with me changing my mind on the tiles last minute after they had been ordered, yet David managed to get it sorted.

Our fitter Arron was brilliant. We wouldn't have been able to find a fitter of such quality on our own.

We are thrilled with the bathroom. The tiles are beautiful, the fittings are top quality, and the overall price was exceptional.

I would thoroughly recommend The Small Bathroom Company, and if we were to ever move house I'd be straight on the phone to David!

David was extremely patient with me as this was my first big project & I had a lot to learn about new bathrooms. He gave me a lot of options & probably too many for a newbie like me, but also gave his opinion about what was good quality & would last rather than the less well made accessories. We did communicate mainly by email which I think led to a bit of misunderstanding on both our sides so I would suggest talking on the phone to ensure clarity for both parties. My bathroom is hopefully being finished as I end my quick jaunt to Italy, there have been a couple of delays with items but not really within anyone's control. I would recommend The Small Bathroom Company as you do feel like you are the only one being dealt with & as it's usually a big expense I feel I actually got a very reasonable price. So I'm happy with this new experience.

Excellent service from David at the Small Bathroom Company. He is clearly very knowledgable and passionate about the quality and design. He listened to what I wanted and provided lots of ideas to help me move along the process. David is more than happy to come and visit you in your home to discuss details and designs, which is very efficient and avoids you having to find time to go to show rooms or design rooms. Our fitter was amazing we were incredibly impressed with his work and he stuck to the timeframe allocated to our project. Overall a great service and a great bathroom which we are very happy with and would highly recommend the company!

We have had an excellent experience with The Small Bathroom Company and are chuffed with our finished bathroom. David is enthusiastic, personable, and patient. He helped us to narrow our focus by providing a limited but considered list of brands to chose from, which we found really valuable as the number of options online can be overwhelming.
Our fitter, Tom, was recommended by David and he was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble, the finish is fantastic and he was a pleasure to have around the house.
