I’ve had two bathroom updates by the Showroom and both have been excellent. From design and planning through to completion all work is project managed and completed seamlessly.
The latest project was installed by Kurt and Mark who were pleasant and enthusiastic throughout. All works including electrical were synchronised like a dance routine. We were kept informed at every stage and the site was always kept clean and tidy at the end of each day.
The finished result is exceptional and my wife is over the moon with it.
So thanks to all the team at the Showroom for a great job that’s been done well.

Thank you to everyone involved in updating our dated and tiny en-suite. The result is just amazing and never ceases to wow us every time we use the room. From the beginning of the process right up until the end the redesign and fitting has been done brilliantly. We asked for low maintenance with a luxurious finish and boy did get just that! A massive thank you to Kera our designer and project manager, you made the whole process easy and for that we are grateful. And a big thank you to Edd our fitter, who was great, friendly and so helpful with good advice and tips when using different items. Honestly I cannot recommend the Showroom Derby Road enough, your work for us exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much!

Kera designed a wet room for my small bathroom as I had been struggling getting in and out of the bath. As the bathroom is quite narrow it took a lot of work to get it right but Kera did not stop until it was perfect. She even had bespoke glass doors designed for both near the shower and the airing cupboard. All of the materials used are top quality and look beautiful. There are even little lights in the alcoves and near the loo that are on motion sensors. Kurt and the guys were great, very friendly and worked really hard to get everything done and always kept everything tidy. Every stage was checked off before the next one started.
I absolutely love it and would definitely recommend as they went above and beyond to ensure that everything would be OK for me to use for years to come whilst still ensuring that it looks amazing.

From the start this has been a great experience. Claire had guided us through the design, product choice, installation and 'last minute niggles' phases with innovative ideas, professional advice, good humour and, most importantly, patience! We would not have achieved anything like our final outcome without her and the excellent team, led by Rob (be prepared for very early starts) who was totally professional and very hard working.

Claire responded very quickly to the one or two minor issues that needed correction and together with Rob ensured that these were dealt with as quickly as possible.

Altogether an extremely positive experience and far less stressful than we thought it might be when we started out. We have no hesitation in recommending The Showroom to you.
