I would like to give a MASSIVE shout out and acknowledgment to The Range (Evesham store) to their Home Decor staff member Wendy!
Wow where do I even begin!
Wendy went above and beyond to help me with a vision I wanted to create for my mini Christmas table and she managed to find everything I had on my list and more.

I had been to a few of The Range stores previously before looking in Evesham and there was a massive difference in how the home decor section looked.
It was well organised..well stocked..everything was in the correct spaces and made my shopping experience so amazing that I had to leave this review as I feel some retail staff members don’t get the recognition they deserve.
Wendy is SUCH an asset to your business and I will drive the extra distance just to shop at this store as I was beyond impressed! Thank-you Wendy and Thank-you to The Range Evesham! 10/10!

You walk into the shop via the exit door as the entrance doors aren't working, I presume they are getting them fixed at some point. Once in the store it's very difficult to manoeuvre as there is so much stuff in the aisle and as Christmas is coming up it appears to be more than ever. If you are in a wheelchair or pushing a pram it's a bit of an obstacle course. Always a long queue at the checkouts. With all said I can normally find what I want and the staff on the shop floor are always helpful and are more helpful than some other Range stores. Plenty of parking outside the superstore.

Not great at all staff are hard to find.they take far to long to scan your items once you have found staff to serve you. Messy nothing where it should be staff don't seem bothered at all to make an effort to make the store cleaner neater and more staff maybe might help

Picked up a mirror with a price below it of £34.99. Got to the till and they charged £39.99
Showed them where it was with the price but usual attitude of Range staff, TOUGH, that's the price. Got my money back

Store seemed fine, bit cramped and tricky to find what I wanted but got there eventually. There were queues for the tills but didn't have to wait long. Cashier was helpful.

The most confusing shop in the world!
The shop has little to no flow, couldn't find what I wanted without going down pretty much every aisle, staff were little to no help, big queue and staff slow to react.
Good point is the ample parking plus Greggs in the carpark

Travelled from Droitwich for an item which, according to the website, there were three in stock. Found four but all were incomplete, i.e. no lids. What a waste of time and fuel 😡
