Ordered a full bathroom suite from then. Nice showroom, friendly staff but unfortunately they let us down badly on delivery dates. Having been assured that everything was in stock or on 5 working day delivery most items were severely delayed. Some by about 6 weeks meaning we had to reschedule tradesmen and order the bath elsewhere. Appreciate that much of the blame lies with their suppliers but they definitely overpromise and underdeliver.
