We asked The London Bath Co to design and fit a new bathroom and toilet in our apartment on the South Bank. As it’s a converted industrial building we went for the urban industrial look. The team prepared a great design, practical and great to look at. Lots of light, and addressed the limited light we have in the bathroom as it has no windows. The fitting was really smooth, the supplies were all organised for us, it ran to time, and budget. When we needed some extras (we needed to replace the doors to the rooms for example) it was done smoothly, cost effectively, and to a great standard. The whole LBC team were super to work with, and we are delighted with what they have done. Very highly recommend, especially if you are in Central London and know how much complexity that can add to getting a smooth job done.

Beautiful Bathroom

I had been very stressed about the idea of updating my bathroom, and did a lot of research prior to assigning the London Bathroom Co to do the job. Nasser the designer was most helpful in ensuring the placement of the items I wanted would fit well, plus made some good finer detail suggestions. The project manager was also helpful and prompt with answering any questions and it was a great relief I didn’t have to order anything myself except the tiles, two wall lights and a lock for the door. Tomasz who did the whole refurbishment was a very respectful person who works incredibly hard and is a genius at what he does. As a solo woman I can wholeheartedly recommend this company. There was some extra costs on top of the quote because the walls in my bathroom were ancient and I fully accepted that the extra work was necessary to obtain the beautiful finish Tomasz achieved. There was of course a snagging list which was dealt with very quickly and Wioletta did a lovely job of cleaning my house so I could use my bathroom and have my house as it was before all the building work started. As I say I was stressed during the process but I’m thinking of doing my kitchen and would not hesitate to ask Tomasz to do the work if he had time. Looking back I need not have been stressed to the level I was, so I hope if you choose the bathroom Co you can trust them to do the lovely job they will .

The experience with London Bath was very good. It started with a site visit and free design of the bathroom. The rough design was done on site and immediately shown to us with a quote followed very quickly. Based on this initial level of service we did not shop around. The building of the bathroom was done in 2/1/2 weeks from the agreed date of starting. Pavel worked hard while on-site. It was built to a very high quality and we were involved where small on-site decisions were required. The site was kept clean each day and they provided a cleaner at the end to fully clean all related areas that would have had any dust etc. We are very pleased with the outcome and the selection of Richard Taylor and London Bath Co., and the building of the bathroom by Pavel.

Richard and his team made this job a dream for me, from initial meet, the professionalism of Richard and the bathroom fitters was spot on. Each day there were on time and if delayed would let me know, the quality of work and the suite and tiles were top drawer.
