But what people don't realise is that they do those odd light bulbs that you hunt high and low for, plus the full home range at no higher cost than a supermarket and sometimes cheaper. Excellent shopping experience, two bottles of Chandelier cleaner purchased. Arrived in a large box but one had completely leaked out into the box. Telephoned customer services and no quibble at all and a replacement arrived the next day. Its only at these moments you can really judge a company! Full marks. Been there a few times had no problems until a security guy came into car park and fined me 100 pound for parking on lite spot land not even giving me chance to go into shop. I have spent a pretty penny or 2 in there over the years NOT ANYMORE BEWARE.

Overpriced compared to the high street
Also when I showed the woman an idea of what I wanted, she said 'try over there' and vaguely pointed in the direction of numerous different lights
