First class service from start to finish. Mark understood our vision and designed the most beautiful kitchen for us. He had some excellent ideas to maximise storage space which was exactly what we needed. He added some really interesting features which elevated our kitchen to a whole new level.
Throughout the whole process from initial design to the installation of the final appliance we knew we were in very capable hands. Communication was excellent and solutions to any queries we had were answered and dealt with quickly and efficiently.
The kitchen cabinets are of the highest quality, the appliances are high end and the work surface is absolutely stunning.
Mark, Gabby, Dave and the rest of the team worked tirelessly to create our dream kitchen and went above and beyond to make sure that it was all completed before an important family gathering. They were courteous, professional and always friendly and were an absolute dream to work with. Thank you so much Kitchen Store, we are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen!

Brilliant service, quality units, stylish design and fantastic installation. I was struggling to find a company to cover all bases until I found these guys. It was so refreshing to be able to pick up the phone and speak to the same people (Kevin and Gabby) throughout the whole project, who were familiar with every aspect. Even after the installation, when i raised a couple of issues, their response was still quick, proactive and helpful. Eg. I thought there was a scratch on one of the glass units: Kevin immediately offered to replace it. Turned out to be removable resin, but I was so impressed at the no quibbles approach to getting everything right. My only regret is not going through them for all the other services (electrician, plumber, builder, etc) as my life would have been so much less stressful if I had!

The Kitchen Store made us a bespoke, kitchen island on wheels to match our existing kitchen cupboards and worktop (also from the Kitchen Store). Kevin was extremely helpful in designing and delivering the bespoke design and Gabby did a great job of communicating and managing the installation. Harry then did an excellent installation. Overall, the service we received was first class.

We had an excellent overall experience having our kitchen installed by the Kitchen Store. After the original installation, we were not 100% happy with the boxing in of the boiler. I mentioned it to Kevin and he came up with an alternative design that we are happy with and now works well for us. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble for the team, they wanted us to be happy with the finished product. Thank you for a great new kitchen.

Having recently moved to Brighton, we came across The Kitchen Store in our search for worktops for our kitchen refurbishment project. Kevin Allen took us through their range of options and we were able to see a selection of samples and colour ways.

Although not providing the design or kitchen cabinetry, Kevin made some helpful suggestions for us to consider. We chose a Wharf Seamless worktop and were able to decide on the exact colour after Kevin arranged for some samples to be sent to our home, enabling us to view them in situ. Throughout the process Kevin has been professional, friendly and went out of his way to help, checking in on our progress during the structural work with our builders. He was always quick to respond to queries I had during the process. The templating and installation were arranged on time and without issue.

We are delighted with our new worktops that really finish off the contemporary feel of our kitchen and are a pleasure to use. We would highly recommend Kevin, and The Kitchen Store, for their professional and reliable approach to customer service, and for providing an outstanding product.

We have had our kitchen, remodelled and redesigned by the staff at the Kitchen Store in Hove.

From start to finish, they have always been professional, listened carefully, and always come up with great solutions. We are now the proud owners of a new kitchen that we have been using for a couple of months and are really really happy with. We cannot fault the design process with Roger, who was very responsive to our queries, and then on to Gabby who organised the remodel working alongside Harry and his team who are absolutely fantastic. From the first time we popped into the store to installation, we have only been impressed with the advice and service from Mark and Kevin. Mark really took the time to understand our needs including our budget, which was tight as we were renovating our entire house. He provided practical and bespoke solutions geared to our budget and remained patient throughout with us. We chose to have our builders install the kitchen so only one party was responsible for the finish, but Mark happily attended during the installation to give guidance to the builders so the installation was perfect. We are delighted we now have a beautiful, quality kitchen with some lovely individual features, without breaking the bank. We highly recommend Kitchen Store, they were the most helpful supplier we had to deal with on the whole build!
