Chloe, Jack and the team fitted a new kitchen for us in the spring and did a fabulous job! From the moment we entered their showroom they were attentive and listened to all of our requests. We loved the design Chloe made and she tweaked it to accommodate all of our changes no matter how obscure. Jack and his team fitted it beautifully and even made some bespoke changes during the process. There were a couple of hiccups along the way, but anyone who had ever done something similar will know this is often par for the course. The after care has also been great with Chloe even checking in a few months later to see how we were doing. We love the end result and would recommend them to anyone looking to refresh their kitchen space in 2025. Thanks to everyone involved!

I brought my kitchen from Kitchen Depot after getting many quotes from other company’s.
Myself and my family were very indecisive and inexperienced but Chloe was absolutely super!
She assisted with everything, and went above and beyond with her personal touch. Her attention to detail and clever ideas were so helpful.
Admittedly, we were very difficult customers to deal with, we changed our minds multiple times, but it did not phase this young lady. She never seemed flustered or annoyed with our inexperience.
When the kitchen fitter found a broken item, all it took was a phone call to the shop and they had another part delivered straight away without charge.
Chloe helped with designing and getting the most value for our money with the appliances.

Over a year down the line my family is very happy with the outcome of our dream kitchen. We are so happy and grateful that we found this shop in Letchworth.

When you make such a large investment in your life you need to be sure of everything and certainly not pushed or rushed into buying.
It’s not like buying a car, if you don’t like it, you can sell it a year later.
These guys were absolutely brilliant from start to finish.

Absolutely fabulous from start to finish. The quality of the fixtures, fittings, pull outs and appliances are truly excellent. Having said that, it is the people who really make the experience. Chloe visited, listened to all of our wants and hopes, and then designed the kitchen. Whenever we asked for any changes or information she was responsive and really helpful. The final design surpassed out expectations. Kitchen depot use Jack as their preferred installer, although they are happy for you to use your own people if you prefer. My strong advice would be to engage Jack and his team. They were simply fantastic, including the electrician and plumber Jack uses. Nothing was too much trouble, they were fast, efficient and kept disruption to an absolute
minimum. Communication was excellent but as importantly, so was the standard of the work- second to none. The end result is that we have a Kitchen beyond our dreams and are delighted that we chose Kitchen depot. Our experience could not have been better and we could not recommend them highly enough.

I had a kitchen designed by Chloe and fitted by Jack and his team in September last year.
Sadly it hasn't been a great experience. The standard of fitting is not great. The service during and after has not been forthcoming. I'm still waiting for a response to an email I sent to Chloe on the 11th January 2025 regarding worktops that were scratched during fitting. Very disappointed.

Professional service from start to finish, from Chloe’s guidance with the design by making sure we had all that we required.
jack and he’s team were punctual, efficient & work was done to a high standard.
We had looked at a few kitchen suppliers from medium to top range- but the service kitchen depot have given us was premier league.

We love our new kitchen! The kitchen Depot Letchworth worked with us from design to completion and we have been so impressed with them.

The big bonus is that as a company they do all the different elements and each group work well together to get things done quickly and on time. Chloe really helped us design our kitchen and was so patient and helpful providing ideas, suggestions and solutions - along with lots of cups of tea! The VR model of the proposed kitchen really helped show how it would look. Dan must be the speediest builder ever and Jack and the team did a great job of fitting the kitchen - nothing was too much trouble and they all went the extra distance to make sure we were happy with the finished kitchen - which we really are!

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Kitchen Depot Letchworth. Thanks for making a stressful project go really smoothly!

Highly recommend The Kitchen Depot Letchworth. Our kitchen was designed by Chloe and we absolutely love it!
We had an idea of layout but she made it a reality. We changed our minds a few times, moved things around and also needed bespoke units but nothing was too much trouble. Seeing the kitchens in the showroom helped us make decisions on the final fixtures and everyone was so friendly and helpful.
The build ran really smoothly and Jack and his team were amazing.
Overall a great experience from start to finish and would recommend to anyone!!
