Charlotte was extremely friendly and helpful right from the start. She took our ideas and moulded them to design us the perfect kitchen! While respecting our views and ideas, she gently suggested some ideas we would never have thought to improve our design. The cabinets themselves look fantastic now that they are in place and we are so pleased that our bold colour choices have worked together really well. The job has taken a lot longer than estimated, but it will be worth the wait to get everything perfect!

The Kitchen Depot proved to be a great choice for us. We have been renovating a house whilst living away and managing the project has had its challenges. In regards to the new kitchen, Charlotte and Chris at the Cheltenham shop have both been brilliant. Charlotte was our main point of contact and project managed us through the design and equipment selection stages really well. Then on to ordering and arranging the necessary ancillary works (electricals, plumbing and worktops) which all went smoothly. Chris got involved if Charlotte was absent and made sure everything remained on schedule and to plan. The result is fantastic and the friendly, enthusiastic and experienced support from The Kitchen Depot team is what made it all possible.
Absolutely delighted to recommend them.

We had an excellent experience with kitchen Depot kitting out our utility area. Their patience and understanding to get the right product and design for our needs was hugely appreciated. Any issues were quickly resolved including where they involved third party suppliers. The quality of the units are excellent. We are planning to use them again for a new kitchen.

I visited a few of the major retailers and just got a bit of a cold feeling. I never really felt welcomed and I always found myself being a bit ignored.

I was pleasantly surprised when I visited Kitchen Depot in Cheltenham as not only was I not ignored, I was offered a cup of coffee which was a more than welcome start to trying to decipher the huge amount of options there are when picking a kitchen.

Chris really helped me work out what I could achieve on my budget and I decided on Alana in a forest green (which I was pleasantly surprised to learn is a real wood door) and was competitively priced (compared to others I had visited).

Price wasn't really my deciding factor though, I think Chris really cared about delivering my project and since he was also the person who dealt with issues and aftercare; that really mattered to me.

Overall I have a superb product, delivered and installed in a superb way and most importantly always felt like they cared about my own kitchen and project more than even I did.

Thank you to Chris, Kat and especially to Charlotte for helping us to create our superb kitchen. From our first visit to their showroom to the final signoff, nothing was too much trouble and Charlotte supported and guided us along the way with the myriad of decisions needed for a new kitchen. Like any project there were a few challenges to overcome, but Charlotte was always on hand to sort them out without fuss or drama. Great communication throughout and we are thrilled with our new kitchen. We would highly recommend the personal and friendly service offered by the whole team at Kitchen Depot. When we had some home improvement work done, the first place we visited for kitchen units was The Kitchen Depot in Cheltenham. Although we were very impressed with the quality of the units displayed & the service given, we decided to shop around first.

After visiting several suppliers, we opted to go with our gut instinct & purchased our kitchen from The Kitchen Depot. We are extremely happy with the service provided by Charlotte, right from the planning stage to the fitting of the units, she also assisted with the purchase of our kitchen appliances.

When we had a couple of issues with a drawer, Charlotte spoke with her manager Chris and they both rectified/resolved the problem quickly.

For us The Kitchen Depot provided us with a high quality kitchen, with professional, friendly & very helpful service.
