Having had KBB recommended to us I can honestly say that proved to be a very positive experience, from our initial contact through to the completion of our kitchen. Matthew was very patient, he listened to all our requests and very importantly respected our budget. All the fitters were very polite, tidy, cheerful and experts of their crafts, resulting in our beautiful new kitchen. I am really happy with the kitchen that KBB have done for me. They followed my requirements and offered advice on the design when I was not too sure. The kitchen fitters were fantastic, skilled, adaptable and helpful. I found the price quite adjusted given the quality of the kitchen furniture. So overall, very happy.

KBB patiently helped me design my small kitchen refit in summer 2024, providing some great input, then their team installed it immaculately. They also professionally handled a couple of mistakes by manufacturers without involving me! Pricing was similar to quotes from DIY stores, but I'm confident the quality of hardware and the installation service was a step up from what I'd have got elsewhere. Thanks all!

KBB designed and fitted a replacement kitchen and utility for us in December 2020. There were lots of styles to chose from, and we went for a fairly timeless option, (Oak/Shaker), from the Masterclass range. The quality of the new kitchen is superb, the advice we got from the experienced KBB team was always spot on, and the craftsmanship installing the kitchen and changing the plumbing, wiring etc. was truly excellent. Nothing was ever too much trouble throughout the process. We are delighted with the new kitchen and utility room which both significantly exceeded expectations, and we are extremely satisfied customers. We can't recommend KBB highly enough. They also did a really great job remodelling a bathroom at the same time. Very many thanks indeed to all the KBB team.

From the moment we booked an appointment at the show room with Matthew to the time the project was complete and ran by Patrick, the service across the board was excellent and flawless. I could not recommend KBB enough. We are so pleased that everyone who worked within our property from the kitchen fitters, electrician, plumbers, plasterers, floor fitters and the chaps that fitted the worktops could not do enough to ensure all works where completed to an outstanding standard. We were kept informed from start to finish on who was going to be in attendance and when . Highly recommended and we will be using them again for other works. Thanks to everyone for working around us and for the perfect kitchen.

We are so pleased with the refit of our small bathroom...from 1980s into the 2020s. Apart from a new bath, we desperately needed storage. Andrea did a design and offered brilliant suggestions to colour match the tiles and cabinets, which would not have happened anywhere else. Derek installed it to perfection, was always respectful of the rest of our house, and cheerful, despite having to heave the 1960s cast iron bath out. Now we have more than enough storage for all our lotions and potions.
