From start to finish Robert and Heather delivered an outstanding experience and have transformed our tired bathroom into the bathroom of our dreams. Their attention to detail, design expertise and commitment to quality and customer care are second to none.

They really took the time to understand the space and what we wanted to achieve – Robert was determined to give us as big a shower as possible and he offered innovative design solutions that absolutely delivered (we had our doubts at the start that he could do it!). The vast showroom, deceptively concealed by the small shop front, gave us so many ideas and Heather was able to digitally display many examples of past bathroom projects they have delivered for additional inspiration. Her detailed knowledge of every product we enquired about, from taps to cabinets to tiles, was impressive and gave us confidence that they knew their suppliers well and everything would be top quality. They were also able to recommend a master bathroom fitter who did a fantastic job of bringing Robert and Heather’s design to life.

We now have a stunning bathroom, that balances functionality with luxury, and is beyond all our expectations. We are still pinching ourselves! We couldn’t recommend the Bromley Bathroom Company highly enough to anyone looking for a truly quality bathroom design.

Robert and Heather have gone above and beyond to help us achieve the dream bathroom. Our bathroom is truely spa like and we have had many compliments. The products are extremely well made and will no doubt last for many many years, something that cant be said for all bathrooms! We have had a few snagging issues and Robert has in every case sorted them at no cost to us, popping around to personally check things are ok. We are really very lucky to have such a great bathroom company locally to us offering a personal and friendly service. I would very much recommend them if you are looking to replace your bathroom! Robert and Heather are truly a rare find these days: both have a complete commitment to customer service, pay close attention to detail, are generous with their time and advice, and demonstrate unparalleled expertise in their field. And both are lovely, lovely people!

We approached them with a mandate to renovate three bathrooms to an ultra-high standard. Robert spent literally hours with us, patiently walking us through the various options and sharing the benefit of his extensive product and project planning experience. We never once felt rushed or pressured to buy.

I will forever be grateful to Robert for coming out to us personally on Christmas Eve to fix an issue. He did so with a smile on his face and seemed to take genuine pleasure in being able to help despite the obvious disruption to his own Christmas plans. His dedication to customer service truly shone through.
