FABULOUS - One word says it all. With nothing in mind other than a crocodile skin bath we booked an appointment with the lovely Michelle. All the staff at bathroom studio are really nice and so friendly and the displays are top quality. Having bought a house needing updating my partner and I had totally different ideas of what we wanted and the only thing we did agree on was the bath. Michelle was very professional offering advice and suggestions and for our 2nd visit she had somehow managed do a great design which amazingly we were both happy with. Our fitter Guy was amazing, and the whole fit from start to finish was totally stress free and quality workmanship. We are absolutely delighted with our new bathroom. So pleased with our bathroom we bought another !! Delighted with upstairs we also had our downstairs bathroom remodeled again by the very talented Michelle. This time with a bit extra space we were able to incorporate with a wet room with waterfall shower head. Guy fitted the 2nd bathroom with the same stress free quality installation and quality of work. I cannot thank the bathroom studio enough and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Great service from start to finish. Michelle was very thorough with her designs and created something we were truly happy with. We were able to get the work started quickly and the whole process ran smoothly and to time. Graham's design work was so professional and the quality of materials used of the highest quality. Guy, our installer, did an amazing job with the minimum of upheavel and Michelle kept in touch to assure we were happy with the progress. I had been dithering about a bathroom renovation for ages but had become attached to my old cast iron bath . However after stepping into the Bathroom studio one day I never looked back . Michelle’s plans totally transformed the bathroom and exceeded expectations. The fitters , Matty and Nick were amazing - they coordinated all the other contractors and made sure everything was up to standard . They also had to deal with my constant barrage of questions at all times of the day and out of hours !! They explained everything to me and the reason for every step for the process . They cleaned up at the end of every day too

This is the second time I’ve used The Bathroom Studio with perfect results on both occasions.
Sadly, my partner had a massive brain aneurysm last year and was advised that she needed to convert her en-suite into a wet room. Having looked around at several companies that offer wet rooms I decided to ring Michelle at the Bathroom Studio for help. I was delighted when she told me they could offer this service. Micelle (the planner) is brilliant, and her great strength is that she listens to your needs and then sets to work to deliver. Once the plans are agreed Michelle came out to visit to make sure everything would be ok before work commences.
Davey the installer is a machine with an eye for detail, in short, I cannot fault him and thank him for a marvellous job.
My experience with Michelle and her team at The Bathroom Studio is first class. When you first enter their door, they are welcoming and pleasant, they listen and advise and deliver a fantastic end product. Christine’s wet room does not look disabled, and Michelle has delivered a beautiful end product which Christine loves and cried when she saw it, it is practical stylish and beautiful.
Looking for a company that provides wet room can be a mine field and some inflate the price and take advantage of the disadvantaged but not in The Bathroom Studio. If you need a bathroom or wet room don’t hesitate to contact them, you will not be disappointed. I give The Bathroom Studio a 5-star review and I thank them for two beautiful bathrooms.

This is the second bathroom that The Bathroom Studio have completed for us and we are once again thrilled with the finished job. Michelle’s design and Steven’s expert fitting skills have produced another first class end result.
As a company they are very professional to deal with, responsive and reliable.

The Bathroom Studio (a family firm of long standing) have just yesterday completed our family bathroom - ahead of schedule, under budget and to our complete satisfaction.
From the day we walked into their comprehensive studio back in late September (2024) we knew this company were different from the others we had visited - and we had visited several!
Michelle & Graham and their staff dealt with our initial enquiry professionally and efficiently, listening to our requirements, making suggestions and generally providing us with a solution we wanted to our bathroom nightmare!
Graham's ability with the design software was impressive and provided us with a 3D colour illustration of how the finished project would look together with 2D plans for the installation team.
Michelle organised the installer from her trusted team of contractors and a start date of our choosing was agreed. Importantly she kept us informed on a regular basis throughout the whole process. Even when the appointed contractor had to cancel on the Friday before he was due to start the following Monday, Michelle promised we'd had a replacement team on site within 5 days - in fact the replacement installer started the job on the Tuesday - a mere 24 hours after we had originally agreed.
He did a fabulous job including removal of existing, refurbishment of wall and floor surfaces and tiled the walls and floor and installed new fittings. Quality of workmanship 10/10. He also protected the rest of the house from dust/damage and the job was actually completed 2 days before we had expected.
We paid 25% deposit up front with the balance on delivery of materials. Not unreasonable given the work which had already been undertaken in the design, organisation of contractors and ordering of tiles and fittings etc.
Thanks so much Bathroom Studio - especially to Michelle and Graham but also to the rest of the team behind the scenes who also played their part. And a big thanks to the installation team who stepped in at the last minute completing a comprehensive fit out in 7 days.

Had a fantastic experience using The Bathroom Studio. From our initial meeting with Graham who brought our ideas to life and managed to design the perfect bathroom for the space, to Michelle's updates and aftercare throughout the process, down to Cein and the team who installed the bathroom. Would 100% recommend this business. We LOVE our new bathroom, it feels like a spa experience everytime we have a shower.
