The Bathing Machine are outstanding! From first discussions with Sam, when we knew more or less what we didn't want but not really what we actually wanted, and arrived at a design.

Then John and his team, onsite exactly when they said they'd be and worked like absolute trojans. We were consistently under-promised and over-delivered, with the project expected to take up to four weeks, delivered in three.

This was a full strip out and rebuild, including moving a non-structural wall, so we didn't know what might additionally need fixing following prior leaks. The fitting team were in constant communication, to ensure that the finer details were met, like colour of tile trim and position of furniture.

Yes, you can definitely get cheaper bathrooms elsewhere but, if you want to just entrust the whole job to an experienced, knowledgeable and hardworking team who'll deliver a quality end result with complete satisfaction, then I can't recommend The Bathing Machine highly enough.

I was recommended the Bathing Machine by my bathroom fitter. I was quite set on what I wanted to achieve but this did not put them off, Jack was really helpful and I ended up purchasing most of my bathroom suite from them. I am very happy with the service. Nothing was too much trouble. One of the items I was sent was missing a part, but Jack did all he could to get this rectified quickly. I could not recommend them more.
