Lisa, Steve, Andy & Chloe are a great team who work extremely well with the objective of customer satisfaction. From initial enquiry to full renovation of en-suite, kept fully informed whilst offering their knowledge & expertise. Brilliant job. Definitely recommend.

Excellent team all very professional. We highly recommend and will be using them again. A special mention to Chelsey with the help of Charlie who fitted our bathroom . Brian on tiling , the Plasterer , Electrician . To the lovely ladies in the showroom who were very helpful. And Steve who managed measured and planned the layout of our beautiful bathroom. They took all the old bathroom away and rubbish from the new .

We recently bought everything we needed for our downstair toilet room, and upstairs bathroom with walk-in shower and sink. There was such a good choice and the staff are really helpful without being pushy at all. We hadn't ordered enough wall panelling initially and they sorted it all out for us and delivered it really quickly. We were even able to get a refund on the item we had over ordered on. A really good service all round.

Absolutely love my new bathroom from this lovely family company. After being let down many times by Wickes we went to the Bath Room and from start to finish they couldn’t have been more helpful. Our complete refit was done by the lovely Chelsea who is the hardest worker I’ve ever seen and was a pleasure to have in the house. Excellent craftwomanship, great quality items and very reasonable price. Don’t bother with the corporate companies that just want your money, these people really care. Thank you so much.

After having a fall in the shower, I had to have some repairs done. All the staff were brilliant - Alex calmed me down after I broke down in tears (embarrassing!!) Steve came to have a look the same day to see what needed doing, Lisa sorted out the quote and date for the repair and Jimmy did an amazing job repairing it all. Would highly recommend this company - they take pride in what they do. Thank you so much

New Bathroom

We had our new bathroom fitted recently by The Bath Room, I would highly recommend them, first class service from start to finish, I wanted to download a few pics to show the quality but we haven't managed to get round to painting the ceiling which is the last thing to conclude the room as we have been on holiday and now Christmas is fast approaching so that is taking priority at the moment.

Prices are reasonable, service excellent and the fitter did a grand job all by himself !
