Tom and his team did a frankly fantastic job on our very tired Victorian terrace house.

Effectively, they built a new house inside the shell of the old one. To add to Tom's woes we decided to have full Victorian style tiling in the bathroom (over 2,200 tiles in a very complex pattern). Add to that building our kitchen from scratch including reflooring the kitchen with rather small tiles which demanded huge patience and care.

I really cannot recommend Tom enough. Hugely talented. Considerate. A perfectionist. And a thoroughly nice guy.

We had the most brilliant experience from start to finish having our gorgeous, bespoke kitchen designed and fitted by Tom and his lovely band of merry men! From the get go we were confident it would all work out beautifully and had every confidence in Tom and the design process. We had a great rapport with Tom, Paul, Baz and Rob and it was always a pleasure to spend time with them and have them in our home. We had wanted a birch ply kitchen for a long time but also wanted it to be REALLY colourful and couldn't figure out how to make it all happen until a mutual friend pointed us in Tom's direction. Nothing was too much trouble, even when I turned up at the workshop with all sorts of kitchen paraphernalia (wine glasses, oil bottles, Tupperware, you name it!) to have all my cupboards and drawers designed to my exact specifications. Although we were very clear on what we wanted to achieve Tom is very creative and had so many great ideas for how to bring it all together perfectly. We've ended up with a completely unique and stunning kitchen made to our EXACT specifications that is going to last us forever. The quality and workmanship is superb. It was also really important to us to support a local business and to be as environmentally friendly as possible (in terms of materials used and where they were sourced from). A pantry and laundry are next on our renovation list and we will definitely be involving Tom in it all again. And a wardrobe for our daughter's bedroom... and anything else we can think of!

It has taken me a while to write a review because I couldn't think of the best way to convey how much I love my new kitchen. Everyday I look at it and I can't really believe it's my kitchen and not something from a magazine. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is fantastic, I couldn't be more pleased. Tom and the team were brilliant, and so tidy! We got amazing advice about design and materials. I never felt like I was asking stupid questions (though I'm sure I did), and I felt like they really listened to what we wanted. They have helped to create a practical and beautiful space that I love spending time in, it is worth every penny and I would highly recommend to anyone who wants an original and beautifully made kitchen. Thank you.

Paid for a new kitchen in a cottage in colne. Photos on the website call it New White Shaker Ripon but it was done in colne. Fitting was not explained as an additional cost until final payment had been made. Upon "completion" a review was requested but i was reluctant after the debacle of fitting having been told Mr. Fyles would deliver my kitchen to my front garden and i could find somebody else to do the fitting. Requested several callbacks to repair filler used to cover nailgun use and paint exposed woodwork and then the doors all expanded and cracked. Was told to wait until the kitchen had settled into the house but i can't get him to come back and repair the damage caused by what he calls a kitchen settling in over 2 years later. I fear i have paid for an inexperienced plasterer to try out building a kitchen for me and it hasn't worked out very well unfortunately.

Where to start? Sold the idea of an eco friendly spray painted bespoke kitchen. It came delivered in enough shrink wrap to take down a full pod of dolphins and then the spray painted finish i was sold was rolled over on completion leaving lines and uneven paintwork. It has all started bending and warping and shrinking leaving cracks and problems and i am being told to leave it for a few seasons to change before it can be looked at. Not very happy.
