When we wanted to update our bathroom we had very little idea of what could be done to get the best outcome, although we did have a number of specific requirements. Dan did the first visit and then Dave and the team talked us through the various ways ahead, taking our uncertainty and our indecision in their stride and helping us to come to some really good decisions. We were never hurried or pushed to come to a decision. Tailormade recommended a very good installer and the final outcome was a really successful new bathroom that meets everything we had wanted. Definitely recommended.

We finally decided to update our 25 year old Bathroom Suite. Dave at Tailormade Bathrooms was fantastic throughout the whole process. From producing the design through to keeping us updated on the delivery of our new suite and amending our order where necessary ,he was excellent throughout. He was always very prompt in replying to phone calls , emails and seeing us in store. Daves vision and customer service and the quality of their products is of a very high standard. We love our new Bathroom and would definitely use Tailormade again .

I went into Tailormade bathrooms after previously going into a different bathroom store in Gloucester, where I left feeling discouraged. I wanted a shower enclosure, but with my fairly awkward bathroom, I needed a three sided enclosure - something the previous store told me was not possible.

I then met Dave, who was brilliant from the moment I met him and didn’t make me feel like I was being difficult or what I wanted was going to be hard work. I first walked in without an appointment and despite this, Dave sat down with me and went through my ideas. We then made an appointment to go through my design properly.

Dave even had a coffee ready for me when I got there. He gave me his full attention and didn’t rush me at all. The 3D image he provided really helped me visualise my new bathroom and I placed my order (after going through a lot of samples and products - sorry Dave).

Even when shopping for tiles and ordering many samples from elsewhere, Dave and the other staff members were always willing to help me, letting me take them to compare with the other products I had purchased and helping me decide!

Dave provided me with three different numbers for fitting and I went with Iain Tuffin. I cannot recommend Iain enough, he always got back to me promptly and the quote was fair and good value. The work he has done is exceptional and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending him to others and I’ll be using him for any future work!

I cannot fault the service or products at all. Dave and the whole team there are amazing and I wouldn’t go anywhere else from now on.

Dan looked after us on the many times we visited, was very patient with us and always had plenty of solutions due to our bathroom being in an old cottage. I had been to a couple of other bathroom showrooms and had come away feeling disappointed and confused and then I stumbled across Tailormade Bathrooms. The showroom itself is beautifully presented but by far the biggest assets are David and Karl. I was helped mainly by David he was so professional helpful and patient and really took time to understand what I was trying to achieve. After placing an order and already having booked a plumber I had sourced myself I received an email from my plumber advising he could no longer install my bathroom. I called David and within half an hour not only had he provided me with details of 5/6 plumbers I could contact but he had also contacted them to find out their availability. David really does go above and beyond to provide fantastic customer service and I would have no hesitation to recommend Tailormade bathrooms to anyone. Karl was also very helpful offering suggestions for designs and colour schemes. We are so pleased with the finished result. Thank you so much to you both, you truly are an amazing team!

We worked with Dave to design our perfect bathroom. He listened to our requirements & helped us to put together our design.
The showroom was set up perfectly to meet Covid Secure arrangements & we felt safe while visiting.
Dave kept us up to date on delivery timings & worked to ensure we had everything we needed in time for the fitters. He even suggested great fitters for us too.
It felt like a personal service & the finished product is incredible

Huge thanks to the lovely Dave at Tailormade Bathrooms for all his help with my bathroom refurbishment. He has helped guide me through the entire process: designing the bathroom at the beginning, purchasing and arranging delivery of the products, contacting local bathroom fitters on my behalf to arrange quotes, and then going out of his way to deliver in person a part that had been missed off the original order.
One of his recommended bathroom fitters was Iain Tuffin, who did an exceptional job of installing the new bathroom, so I'm very pleased I chose both Tailormade Bathrooms and Iain for this project.
