Cannot rate Sylvarna, Gavin and the team highly enough for our kitchen. The whole process was smooth, advice was spot on, dates were adhered to and the resulting kitchen is perfect. Great care was taken in the choosing and design, and, as with any project, there were questions and the team were super responsive throughout the whole process. After-sales continues to be brilliant so we're very pleased indeed.

Knowing that I wanted a top class kitchen, I researched for over a year and following a friend’s recommendation, we finally settled on Sylvarna to design and fit.

Sylvarna is an independent kitchen company and as soon as I walked into the Chichester showroom, I knew I had found what I was looking for with both quality and service.

I am a qualified interior designer but wisely chose to get help with both layout and design from a professional. To say I am “fussy” would be an understatement as was illustrated with the 12, yes 12 mood boards that I had put together! James, our designer was not phased by this and was incredibly knowledgeable - he came up with many ideas that I had not thought about despite all the mood boards. His expertise and experience was evident, always showing patience with my changes and numerous emails as well as allowing me time to consider all the elements of the design without any pressure.

Frank was appointed as the craftsman to fit my large beautiful kitchen and he was excellent - nothing was too much trouble for him and his skill was a joy to experience.

I have had several new kitchens over time and I can honestly say Sylvarna have way surpassed my previous experiences and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I cant say how happy we are with the dream kitchen that Sylvarna created for us. With credit to them and their reputation we always assumed that this would be out of out price range but both Simon and James worked their very hardest to make it achievable and a reality for us. We were truly left feeling that they genuinely wanted us to have their product in our house and that showed with all their efforts from initial design to instillation and aftercare follow up.

There were obviously a number of alterations and questions along the way and whether that required a showroom visit or a site visit by Simon, nothing was ever too much trouble. Simon even popped in several times off spec just to check up on our contractors and make sure everything was running smoothly.

A few weeks prior to fitting there was a major supplier issue but Simon jump straight on the phone to me and made me aware of it and how this was to be remedied. Excellent Excellent customer service.

The fitting Team were second to none and so much so we then decided to have our boot room and utility room supplied and fitted by Sylvana's. Firstly due to the kitchen experience but after doing initial and secondary research, the quality alone of Sylvarna's products were just far superior to anything else.

My advice would be to go to the big kitchen warehouses and brand names and then go to Sylvarna. They will far exceed the competitors value for money and overall quality and customer service.

We had our first kitchen designed and installed by Sylvarna in 1993 and it was still in good condition when we sold the house in 2012. We have just had our second. On both occasions we experienced attention to detail throughout and a willingness to work with builders onsite. Some minor issues with the Neff appliances have been handled well by Sylvarna. Thanks to Pete for the design and Frank for the installation.

We are totally thrilled with our new kitchen, it’s absolutely stunning and visitors go ‘Wow’ when they see it. Not only that, it works really well for us. When we started looking for a new kitchen we had a good idea of what layout we wanted, and what units would work in our space, but no real idea on finishes, worktops, etc. We had trawled round a lot of suppliers, from DIY stores, Builders merchants, Wxxx and several bespoke kitchen companies. None of them inspired us with design and not one of them could give us exactly what we wanted. Driving past the showroom after another uninspiring trip elsewhere, I suggested we have a look, even if it was going to be out of our price range. What a revelation! Gavin, our designer at Sylvarna, was the only person who said ‘Yes’ to all our requests and also provided proper design input, when all the other companies had only done layouts. The choice of finishes and attention to detail was unlike we had experienced elsewhere and the price was very competitive when comparing like with like. Luke the fitter, was also brilliant, punctual, clean, tidy and with superb attention to detail. All the other trades involved were of a very high standard too. We cannot recommend Sylvarna highly enough.

Right from early concepts, through to selection, pre installation planning, install, to post install support, they've always been highly approachable, responsive and thoughtful, not only to us but also our builders and contractors. From the design stage through to the supply and fitting, I was very impressed by the high standard of work from all members of the team.

James Blann used his knowledge and expertise to create a fantastic design. He then oversaw the whole process and was always available to provide updates and answer any questions I had. His clear communication and management of the project made it a stress-free experience.

Steve fitted the kitchen with great care and attention to detail. He was punctual, polite, tidy and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

We needed a new kitchen as part of a large remodelling and found the team (esp Gavin) very helpful in finding the best solution for our project. We managed to get everything including all appliances and handles at Sylvarna. The build quality is superb - a lot of solid wood with oak interiors. We had some quirky requirements which Gavin was able to find really good practical solutions for. Lead times were reasonable and reliable - we were even able to delay delivery a week to allow the floor to be laid and finish applied before the kitchen arrived to be built over it. We are extremely pleased with the end result.
