They take % cut from delivery earnings which is fair, then they take £10 to let you withdraw earnings when it's just a simple bank transfer, then they make you keep £10 in your wallet for some reason...

I booked the collection well in advance and been told to pay in advance to secure the delivery.

My instruction was “pick up at 16:30 from the bakery” to be able to deliver around 17:00.

However, the driver collected at 15:13 from the bakery, and customer service said will deliver to me at 16:30, as before the time I will not be at the collection location. But, due to their bad service, I only receive my cake at 18:00, how ridiculous of such service.

Takes them extremely long every single time I use them. They would pick up my parcel or food and then go do 20 other deliveries and then drop me my food an hour and half later when it’s freezing cold I even made an order on ding they sent a swiftee and the driver delivered my food to a different address completely after waiting for an hour. They said they issued a full refund which unsurprisingly I never received! Not recommended!!!

I called them for a parcel and it took for no good reason ONE AND A HALF HOUR!!!! without them telling me before that it's going to take so long and I called up every 15 minutes and they said the same thing "the driver is already on their way"
