Coastline have just competed a full bathroom refit for us and we couldn’t be happier with the result.
I had a very specific design in mind and Brad was brilliant at working tirelessly with me to find the right fittings.
Shane and all the team have really high standards of workmanship and struck a great balance between listening to my ideas and advising me on what would work best from their experience and expertise.
When issues with the old plaster were uncovered they kept me informed and discussed options - no nasty surprises!

Bathroom refit was fine on completion but have now discovered the towel rail was fitted incorrectly and has been leaking for a year. Reported to Swan Bathrooms and spoke to an incredibly rude man until I was forced to hang up. Bottom line is, they aren't going to fix their problem and I'm left with damage to my walls and floors. Avoid.

Couldn't be happier with our new shower room and so glad we chose Coastline. The job entailed stripping out the existing suite and extending the footprint of the shower room along the landing to incorporate the defunct airing cupboard. They then repositioned most of the plumbing and electrics, skimmed and tiled the walls before fitting a new half-wall, a new doorway and new hardware - a completely new shower-room effectively.

Without exception, everyone who worked on the project was courteous, professional and demonstrated excellent attention to detail. Special thanks has to go to Alex who was on site daily and worked like a trojan, he also made a few subtle design suggestions along the way that really made a difference to the end product. Shane, Coastline's founder/owner, is a great communicator who instilled confidence from the start. He kept us informed throughout and has reassuringly high standards.

It's obvious these are a highly-skilled bunch of guys who enjoy working together and are very good at what they do.

The initial fitting was problematic due to inexperience at the time but to give him his due Shane returned numerous time’s to fix the problems. A year after fitting the bathroom the shower screen started to leak and the skirting split, also where they fitted sink unit incorrectly water has dripped onto the unit and that’s now also split. I called coastline numerous times over the summer to get them to fix it but they didn’t return my messages/calls so the problem has got way worse than it should’ve been. I tried again over the space if a month and they did actually book me in to fix problem...but they didn’t turn up! Basically, if anything goes wrong with your bathroom please don’t expect any level of customer care as you’ll be very disappointed- they are only interested in the initial/lucrative job. I’ve given them the option of recommending someone else to me to fix problem but as always I have been ignored.

Cannot recommend highly enough! Shane and all the Coastline team were fantastic. The work was an extremely high standard and they went above and beyond to provide the best finished product (even though it was more work for them). Communication was prompt, the quote was very competitive and accurate, and customer care after the work was finished has been amazing. To top it all off they’re a great bunch of guys!

Shane & his team knocked through & fully refurbished my bathroom, they worked tirelessly to get the job done & at the time (after the first lockdown) supplies were scarce but they went out of their way to source everything they needed. Communication was great, they were so open to ideas & changes, working collaboratively to ensure an optimum result. Very affordable prices and couldn’t have asked for a more efficient, tidy & reliable service. Have recommended to friends & family & we are delighted with the work and the results
