We bought three radiators from Stylish Radiators after moving into our new house. We had excellent service and advice. The showroom is fantastic. Their knowledge is second, too, none. They were able to advise on the correct size of the radiator to heat the rooms the radiators were to be fitted in. Super quick delivery and driver helped to lift radiators upstairs with me. Would highly recommend.

We ordered our bathroom equipment from this family run business, having visited several other suppliers. We were delighted by the personal approach, and delivery was within the time expected. A couple of little snags were dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner, and we are very happy with our new bathroom. If you want a friendly and personal service, then this company will provide it..

We had previously bought a bathroom wall towel radiator from Stylish Radiators Ltd around 10 years ago, an excellent product and good quality. The Service was absolutely excellent.

We recently needed some replacement fitments for our bath and shower and we returned to see Jack and his Team for assistance. Jack and the Team really went the extra mile to help us, even to assisting in arranging for a Fitter to fit the new items. Nothing was too much trouble. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. We will definitely return again, and we strongly recommend this Company. Thank you Jack and Team for all your help.

Sadly can’t recommend. In the shop the service is initially great, but it’s not followed through.

First we made an enquiry about a custom made radiator in a particular colour. The sales person said they would need to check if it was available in that colour and would ring back on the following Monday. The call was never returned.

We went in after two weeks of waiting and saw a different person. We ordered the radiator in a different colour and paid for it. We were told two weeks delivery.

After more than 2 weeks, we chased (no updates at all were given by Stylish radiators), and were told it would be ANOTHER 3 weeks.
I am convinced the order was never initially put through. We were getting quite mad about the situation by this point but my husband kept his calm

After 5 weeks, still no radiator. Still no update.

My husband then said if it doesn’t arrive in next few working days we want a refund -because the whole experience was so unsatisfactory, and still no radiator- to be told that we had signed something to say no refunds due to it being a custom order.

The radiator finally arrived after the kitchen was completed (we had ordered it well before the kitchen was started).

So overall, our summary is, nice people but they (in our two experiences), don’t do what they say they will, and don’t keep the customer informed.

Lots of apologies when we made a fuss (after being extraordinarily patient), but no definite facts about delivery..
It was a £750 radiator. Not a small purchase/sale.

Sadly I wouldn’t use Stylish kitchens again.
The two stars are for the initial, in the showroom friendliness. After that it all went pear shaped..

We had heard good things about Stylish Radiators and they didn't disappoint. We dealt with Jack at the showroom, over the phone and via email. Our ask was an unusual one as we were looking to mount radiators onto a kitchen island. He was helpful and knowledgeable from start to finish and we're really excited with what we've gone with. I'll try to remember to pop back here with photos once they are installed!

Was really disappointed with the service from these guys, Jack included. I'd bought from them before with no issue and this time needed to refit a five bedroom house with new rads. Popped items into my basket and overnight the prices rose, they wouldn't honour their original prices. I paid for next day delivery and the rads took a week to arrive, with no updates provided despite chasing. I eventually found out from the courier that Stylish Radiators hadn't booked them in as next day delivery. Fine for one off radiator purchases but avoid for larger or urgent purchases, and keep an eye on their advertised prices.

I have had fantastic service from this company, very speedy with ordering and delivering items .Great product knowledge and good advice when we unexpectedly hit a snag ( from old plumbing)
