I wanted to share this review as I cannot thank Studio Dean enough for the help and support they have given me, to make my house into my beautiful home.
From the initial welcome email to the Spatial Planning meeting, every step was amazing, they are so friendly, helpful and they really take every detail on board and they have made my house function in a way that is right for me and it is starting to feel like a home.
I would highly recommend Studio Dean and I can honestly say they have changed my life and I could not be happier.

Cathy and her team have completely transformed the plans for our home. We're so grateful we found her before the renovations started and planning consent was through, as Cathy's ability to reveal the true potential of a property and come up with solutions that are both beautiful, practical and functional, is incredible. Had we followed the plans drawn up for us by a well known architect in our area, we would have ended up spending our budget on extending our home, unnecessarily. Now we are investing in making the existing space work better for us as a family, maximising the view (which is what we bought the house for) and will have more in the budget to put towards a beautiful internal finish. The whole team are friendly, accommodating and professional. Minor hiccups were resolved quickly and without fuss and the weekly updates were a breath of fresh air as we always knew where we stood, never any need to chase them. If you are thinking of renovating your home, investing in spatial planning with Studio Dean will pay dividends. Do it!

Cathy and her team at Studio Dean took an outdated, somewhat sad looking flat with tricky attic roof lines and transformed it into not just a highly functional space, but also created a beautifully chic, but still comfy and cosy home for our time in the UK.

The project entailed a complete gut and reimagining of the interior space. Once work begins such projects inevitably encounter some challenges. Cathy always presented a problem with a solution and always with a positive and upbeat attitude. She remained committed to delivering the design we were so excited about. The spacial planning and design abilities of the team are so good that the space ended up feeling as if we had built an extension.

Working with Cathy and the team was a joy and we had a true "before and after" experience, we couldn't be more pleased with the home they created for us.

Having completed the spatial design process with Cathy Dean Studios we moved onto the design process. This did not disappoint! From start to finish the service is bespoke and detailed with plenty of visuals to show exactly what your rooms will look like along with materials and samples to physically touch and see. Again the process is clearly defined giving you real confidence in knowing that the end product is something you will want to live with.

Spatial planning with Studio Dean has been a total game changer.
We are a family of four living in a small house, with very little storage, and with a layout that just didn't maximise the limited space.
Studio Dean took a holistic view of the house and created a new layout that vastly improved the flow and functionality of the space that we had.
Things we had wanted to change, but just couldn't see a way to make it work, they found really clever solutions.
Studio Dean also gave us the confidence to make those changes a reality.
I can't recommend enough spatial planning with Studio Dean. Without this key step, I might have had a beautifully redecorated house, but all the original frustrations of the home would still have been there. I just wish I had found them sooner!
